Öğrenci (Öğrenim /Staj) Hareketlilikleri:

2024-2025 akademik yılında gerçekleşecek Avrupa ülkeleri ile yürütülen Erasmus+ KA131 Öğrenim (2024 Proje Bütçesi) ve Staj (2023 Proje Bütçesi) Hareketlilkleri için başvurular 12 Şubat– 12 Mart 2024 tarihleri arasında alınmak üzere planlanmaktadır. Erasmus+ KA131 Kısa Doktora (Staj) (2023 Proje Bütçesi) Hareketliliği için başvurular 5 Mart- 5 Nisan 2024 tarihleri arasında alınmak üzere planlanmaktadır. Başvurular Ulusal Ajans Erasmus başvuru portalından (turnaportal.ua.gov.tr) alınacak olup, ilgili başvuru klavuzuna buradan ulaşılabilir. Detaylı başvuru ilanları çok yakında websitemizde yayınlanacaktır. Student (Study/Internship) Mobilities:

 

Applications for Erasmus+ KA131 Study (2024 Project Budget) and Internship (2023 Project Budget) Mobilities with European countries for the 2024-2025 academic year are planned to be received between February 12 - March 12, 2024. Applications for Erasmus+ KA131 Short-term Doctoral (Traineeship) (2023 Project Budget) Mobility are planned to be received between March 5- April 5,2024. Applications will be received from the Turkish National Agency Erasmus application portal (turnaportal.ua.gov.tr). The relevant application guide is available here. Rektörlük Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi'ne alınacak AB Proje Personeli alımı yazılı sınavı 28 Eylül Çarşamba günü ODTÜ Kültür Kongre Merkezi C salonda 14.00-16.00 saatleri arasında gerçekleştirilecek olup başvuru ilk aşamasını geçerek sınava davet edilecek adayların listesi bu sayfada ilan edilecektir. Sınava katılamayacak adayların mazeretleri ve başvuruları kabul edilmeyecektir. Sınava davet edilecek adayların yanlarında kimliklerini, kalem, kalemtraş, silgi vb kırtasiye ihtiyaçları ile su getirmeleri önerilmektedir. Sınav salonunda cep telefonları kapatılacaktır. KKM kuralları gereği salona yiyecek getirilmemesi rica olunur. 

Yazılı sınav Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi sorumluluk alanlarıyla ilgili sorulardan oluşacak ve adaylardan durum analizi, yorumlama vb yapmaları istenecektir. Sınava davet edilen adayların başvurularında belirttikleri e-posta adreslerine ayrıca bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.

Not Placed: Students who were not able to be placed at a university due to quota restraints. These students WILL NOT have the chance to be placed at a university if students on the main list withdraw from the program. Procedures After Selection:

Students who have been placed to a university are required to contact as a response to the e-mail sent by International Cooperations Office (ICO) until 8 April 2022: Işıl Tipioğlu (isilt@metu.edu.tr), and indicate their semester preference (FALL or SPRING).

 

Students who decide to withdraw from the program are required to contact ICO until 14 April 2022, 12.00 am (noon time). Students who withdraw from the program without a force major reason after 14 April 2022 will lose 10 points in their future Overseas Exchange applications at the same study cycle (academic level).

 

Selected students will be able to get detailed information for Overseas Exchange process in their advisor meeting which will be organized on 7 April 2022, Thursday (15:00-16:00) via ZOOM. As it will not be possible for advisors to explain the whole process to each student individually, it is compulsory to attend this meeting.

Selection Criteria: 

 

Students’ semester, department, overall grade and agreement quotas as well as academic assessment of the departments have been taken into consideration during the selection process.

 

According to program regulations, 50% of CGPA and 50% of the English language test score are taken into account in selecting prospective Erasmus students. 

 

Besides, before calculating the 50% of the CGPA, a coefficient is applied on the CGPA according to the applicants' department and semester information as below:

 

Student CGPA: 3.15

CGPA of the related department's students in the same semester with the applicant: 2.89

Ratio: 3.15/2.89 = 1.09

25*+1.09=26.09

Overall Erasmus application score: 3.15x26.09 = 82.18

*the convergent factor to calculate 50% of the CGPA = 25

 

In addition:

-  10 points were added to the Overall Score of the students with disabilities.

-  10 points were deduced from the Overall Score of those students who have participated in any of the Erasmus programs in the same study cycle (10 points deduced per each participation).

-  15 points were added to the overall score of the students who are the children of martyries and veterans.

-  10 points were decreased from overall score of the students if they withdraw from 2018/2019 Overseas Exchange program after the announced deadline. 

-  10 points were added to the overall score of the students who have been under protection by 2828 Social Services Law.

 

Important Notice: 

1) At the beginning of your Overseas Exchange program, you are expected to take 30 ECTS of 5 courses*. If the students cannot pass at least 20 ECTS credits out of 30, they may be required to pay the tuition fee, from which they had received exemption.

If partner university’s credits are systematically low (2-3 ECTS) for all courses or if the partner university does not use ECTS credits, ECTS course weights are evaluated on a number of courses basis (5 courses).

**Students who cannot satisfy 20 ECTS course load with 5 courses are required to pass 3/5 of the courses taken

2) The courses completed successfully in the host university must be transferred into METU after return.

3) After the announcement of results, selected candidates will apply for the partner universities with the guidance of the ICO advisor. Please note that partner universities may have additional requirements (like minimum CGPA, language document etc.). Partner universities reserve the right to deny the application of the nominees that do not meet their requirements. Therefore, placement by METU does not guarantee your acceptance from the partner university due to their CGPA, language, department, etc. restrictions.

 

Objection to Selection Results:

Applicants who would like to object to the selection results made according to the above criteria must apply to ICO with a written petition until April 11, 2022. The written applications will be evaluated by the University Exchange Programs Commission.

Bazı bölümler öğrencinin özel durumuna göre (1 dersi almamış olması vs.) bazı tercihlerine kırmızı yakabilmektedir.

 

NEDEN (İSTEDİĞİM TERCİHİME) YERLEŞEMEDİM?

 

Liste 1’i detaylı inceleyiniz. Bazı üniversitelerin kontenjanları birden fazla bölüme açık olabilir veya bazı bölümlerin o kontenjanda önceliği olabilir. Yine bazı üniversitelerde Master ve Doktora öğrencileri önceliklendiriliyor olabilir. Bu yüzden Liste 1’i incelerken mutlaka sitemizde bulunan Partner Details (https://ico.metu.edu.tr/erasmus-eu-agreements-0) sekmesine bakmanızı öneririz.

 

Yerleştirme sonuçlarına itiraz etmek isteyen öğrenciler 10 Nisan 2022 tarihine kadar Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi'ne bir dilekçe yazarak e-mail yoluyla europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr adresine başvurabilirler. Dilekçede belirtilen e-posta iletişim adresine UIO tarafından 25 Nisan 2022 tarihine kadar geri dönüş yapılacaktır.

 

2)      HİBE MİKTARLARI

 

Bu sonuçlar, Avrupa’da bulunan ODTÜ’nün Erasmus+ programı üniversitelere yerleştirme sonucu olup Erasmus+ KA131 programı hibe sonuçları değildir. Bu yerleştirme sırasında Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı henüz ODTÜ’ye 2022-2023 dönemi için tahsis edilecek Erasmus+ KA131 programı toplam hibe miktarını açıklamamıştır. Kaç öğrenciye hibe verileceği kesin değildir. Bu nedenle, 2022-2023 Akademik Yılı Sonbahar döneminde yerleştiği üniversiteye gidecek öğrencilerin kaçının Erasmus+ hibesi alacağı kesin olmadığından dolayı, üniversitemize tahsis edilecek Erasmus+ hibelerinin öğrencilere ödenmesinde de gecikmeler yaşanabilecektir. Lütfen bu durumu göz önünde bulundurarak karşı üniversiteye gidip gitmeme tercihinizi yapınız veya karşı kuruma gitme tercihinizi 2022-2023 Akademik Yılı Bahar dönemine erteleyiniz.

 

3)      YERLEŞTİRME KRİTERLERİ

Yerleştirme, başvuran öğrencilerin dönemi, bölümü, toplam puanı, anlaşma kontenjanları ve bölümlerin akademik değerlendirmeleri dikkate alınarak yapılmıştır. Başvuran öğrencilerin toplam (overall) puanı aşağıdaki şekilde hesaplanmıştır:

 

Erasmus+ yerleştirmeleri %50 CGPA ve %50 Dil puanı dikkate alınarak yapılmaktadır.

Ancak öğrencinin ağırlıklı not ortalaması belirlenirken, kümülatif not ortalaması (CGPA), kendi bölümündeki ve dönemindeki diğer öğrencilerin kümülatif not ortalamasına oranlanır. Örnek:

Öğrencinin Erasmus İngilizce Yeterlik Sınavı: 80 Öğrencinin not ortalaması: 3.15 İlgili bölümün ve dönemin öğrencilerinin CPGA: 2.89 Oran: 3.15/2.89 = 1.09 25*+1.09=26.09 Erasmus başvurusu icin kullanılacak puan : 3.15x26.09 = 82.18 olarak belirlenir. Overall Puan= ( 82.18*0.5) + ( 80*0.5)=  81.09 *%50 ortalama almak için kullanılan not dönüştürme katsayısı=25

Ayrica, Turkiye Ulusal Ajansi'nin belirlediği program kurallari gereği;

Daha önce aynı öğrenim seviyesinde Erasmus programından (öğrenim ve/veya staj) yararlandığını beyan etmiş olan öğrencilerin “overall” puanlarından her bir katılım için 10 puan kesinti yapılmıştır

·      

2022-2023 Akademik Yılı için Erasmus Staj programına da başvuru yapmış ve önceliğini Erasmus Staj programına vermiş olan öğrencilerden 10 puan kesinti yapılmıştır.

·      

2828 sayılı Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu kapsamında hakkında koruma kararı olan öğrencilere 10 puan eklenmiştir.

·      

Engelliliği belgeleyen geçerli belgesini başvuru sistemine yükleyen öğrencilerin “overall” puanları 10 puan artırılmıştır.

·      

Şehit ve Gazi yakınlığı belgesini başvuru sistemine yüklemiş olan  öğrencilerin “overall” puanları ise 15 puan arttırılmıştır.

Üniversite yerleştirme sonuçları açıklandıktan sonra öğrencilerin yerleştikleri üniversitelerde değişiklik yapılması mümkün değildir. 

 

ÖNEMLİ HATIRLATMALAR !!!

1) Erasmus+ KA131 programı kapsamında (Learning Agreement (LA) Before the Mobility) en az 30 ECTS almak zorunludur. Erasmus+ KA131 programı sonunda, başlangıçta alınmış olan 30 ECTS’den az 20 ECTS krediden başarılı olmayan öğrencilerin toplam hibelerinin %20’si ödenmez.

2) Erasmus+ KA131 programı dönüşünde karşı üniversitede alınan derslerden başarılı olunan derslerin ODTÜ’de saydırılması zorunludur.

3) Yerleştirilmiş olduğunuz üniversitenin başvurusuna ilişkin ders seçimi, eğitim dili, ECTS kredileri gibi detayları ilgili üniversitelerin web sayfalarından kontrol ediniz. Yerleştirildiğiniz üniversite ile anlaşmamız olması; bu üniversitenin eğitim dilinin İngilizce olduğu anlamına gelmemektedir.

Program kuralları gereği Erasmus+ KA131 öğrenim programına katılmaktan vazgeçmiş olan öğrencilerin kararlarını mümkün olan en kısa sürede ofis danışmanlarına bildirmeleri GEREKMEKTEDİR. Bunun için son tarih 30 Nisan 2022’dir. Bu tarihten sonra çekildiğini bildirenlerden sonraki sene için 10 puan kesilecektir.

Başvuru sırasında seçmiş olduğu dönem tercihini değiştirmek isteyen öğrencilerin 15 Nisan 2022 tarihine kadar UİO danışmanlarına bildirmeleri gerekmektedir.

If you would like to object to selection results, you should email a scanned petition to International Cooperations Office (europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr) until April 10, 2022. ICO will respond to the petition until April  25, 2022  thorugh the e-mail address indicated in the petition.

 

2)      GRANT RESULTS 

These results are only the placement to a university in Europe and do not reflect the Eramus+ KA131 program grant. The Turkish National Agency has not yet announced the amount of grant to be allocated to METU for the 2022-2023 period. The number of students who is entitled to receive grants will be  determined according to the amount of the budget allocated to our university by the Turkish National Agency. This may cause some delays for granted students of Fall semester. The number of Erasmus+ grantees will be announced later. You can consider postponing your mobility period to Spring semester of 2022-2023 Academic Year.

 

3)      SELECTION CRITERIA

Students’ department, overall grade and agreement quotas and agreement specifications (Agreement details) as well as academic assessment of the departments have been taken into consideration during the selection process. Overall scores were calculated as follows:

 

According to the regulations of the Turkish National Agency, 50% of CGPA and 50% of the English language test score are taken into account in electing prospective Erasmus students. Besides, before calculating the 50% of the CGPA, a coefficient is applied on the CGPA according to the applicants' department and semester information as below:

 

Student English Proficency Score: 80

Student CGPA: 3.15

CGPA of the related department's students in the same semester with the applicant: 2.89

Ratio: 3.15/2.89 = 1.09

25*+1.09=26.09

Erasmus application score: 3.15x26.09 = 82.18

Overall Score of the Student: ( 82.18*0.5) + ( 80*0.5)=  81.09

*the convergent factor to calculate 50% of the CGPA = 25

 

Besides, based on rules established by Turkish National Agency:

·      

10 points was be decreased from the overall score of the students for each participation of the Erasmus KA103/ Erasmus Traineeship in the same study cycle.

·      

The students who apply for both Erasmus student and traineeship mobility was expected to give priority to one of their choices. The preference was indicated during the online application. 10 points was decreased from the choice that was not prioritized.

·      

15 points was added to the overall score of the students who are  the childrens of martyries and veterans. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.

·      

10 points was added to the overall score of students with disabilities. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.

·      

10 points was added to the overall score of the students who are who have been under protection by 2828  Social Services Law. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!

 

1) According to Erasmus+ KA131 program rules(Learning Agreement Before (LA) Before the Mobility) you are expected to take 30 ECTS courses . After the program, if the students cannot be successful from at least 20 ECTS credits out of 30, 20% of their grant will not be paid.

2) The courses completed successfully in the host university must be recognized in METU after return.

3)Please check the websites of the universities you have been placed. Having a bilateral agreement between METU and host university doesn’t necessarily guarantee that you will be able to find courses offered in English. So, you are responsible for checking the deadlines, offered courses, ECTS credits in advance.

 

Students who would like to withdraw from the programme should also immediately inform their ICO advisors of their withdrawal decision. The deadline for withdrawal is 30 April 2022. The students who withdraw after this date will have 10 points deducted for their applications the next year.

 

Students who would like to change their semester preferences indicated during the application  should also immediately inform their ICO advisors until 15 April 2022.

Üniversitemize tahsis edilen Erasmus+ KA131 Staj Programı 2022 bütçe dönemi kapsamında geçerli başvuruda bulunan ilk 65 öğrencimiz "hibeli" olarak yerleştirilmiştir. Bütçe kısıtı nedeniyle, 3 aydan fazla kabul mektubu almış öğrencilerimize en fazla 3 aylık hibe tahsis edilmiştir. 3 aydan daha az kabul almış öğrencilerimiz, kabul mektuplarında belirtilen gün sayısı kadar hibelendirilecektir. Ancak, program kuralları gereği staj süresi 60 günden az olamaz. 

 

Yerleştirme sonuçlarına itiraz etmek isteyen öğrenciler 15 Nisan 2022 tarihine kadar Uluslararası İş Birliği Ofisi'ne bir dilekçe yazarak e-mail yoluya europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr adresine başvurabilirler. Dilekçede belirtilen e-posta iletişim adresine UIO tarafından 15.05.2022 tarihine kadar geri dönüş yapılacaktır.

 

Staj faaliyetinizin kabul mektuplarında belirtildiği üzere en az 60 gün olması ve en geç 31 Mayıs 2023 tarihine kadar gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir.

 

1)      Yerleştirme Kriterleri

Başvuran öğrencilerin toplam (overall) puanı aşağıdaki şekilde hesaplanmıştır:

Erasmus+ yerleştirmeleri %50 CGPA ve %50 DPİYS veya İYS dikkate alınarak yapılmaktadır.

Ancak öğrencinin ağırlıklı not ortalaması belirlenirken, kümülatif not ortalaması (CGPA), kendi bölümündeki ve dönemindeki diğer öğrencilerin kümülatif not ortalamasına oranlanır.

Örnek:

Öğrenci CGPA: 3.15

İlgili bölümün ve dönemin öğrencilerinin CPGA: 2.89

Oran: 3.15/2.89 = 1.09

25*+1.09=26.09

Erasmus başvuru puanı: 3.15x26.09 = 82.18 olarak belirlenir.

*%50 ortalama almak için kullanılan not dönüştürme katsayısı=25

Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı’nın belirlediği program kuralları gereği,

2021-2022 Akademik Yılı için Erasmus programına da başvuru yapmış ve önceliğini Erasmus Öğrenim programına vermiş olan öğrencilerden 10 puan kesinti yapılmıştır.

·    

Daha önce aynı eğitim seviyesinde Erasmus+ programlarından (Erasmus+ Öğrenim, Staj) birine katılmş olan öğrencilerden her katılım için 10 puan kesinti yapılmıştır. 

·    

2828 sayılı Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu kapsamında hakkında koruma kararı olan öğrencilere 10 puan eklenmiştir.

·    

Engel durumunu gösterir geçerli resmi belgeyi başvuru sistemine yükleyen öğrencilerin “overall” puanlarına 10 puan eklenmiştir.

·    

Şehit ve Gazi çocuğu olduğunu gösterir geçerli resmi belgeyi başvuru sistemine yükleyen öğrencilerin “overall” puanlarına 15 puan eklenmiştir.

·    

Stajlarını “Digital Opportunity Traineeships” kapsamında gerçekleştirmeyi planlayan ve kabul mektupları bu kapsama giren öğrencilerin “overall” puanlarına 5 puan eklenmiştir.

 

2) Yerleştirme Sonrası Süreç 

Erasmus staj programı ile ilgili bilgilere Staj Öğrenci Bilgi Notu'ndan sahip olabilirsiniz. 

Program kuralları gereği Erasmus Staj programına katılmaktan vazgeçmiş olan öğrencilerin kararlarını 30 Nisan 2022 tarihine kadar ofis danışmanlarına bildirmeleri GEREKMEKTEDİR.

 

Önemli Hatırlatma:

Erasmus Staj Programı dönüşünde, faaliyetin ODTÜ’de ders olarak saydırılması gerekmektedir. Zorunlu Stajı olan bölüm öğrencileri, zorunlu staj dersleri yerine saydırabilirler; zorunlu stajı olmayan bölümlerin öğrencileri ve lisansüstü öğrenciler tüm bölümler için açılmış olan “International Student Practice” veya “International Graduate Student Practice” dersleri yerine saydırma yapabilirler.

Students who had a valid application and was in the first 65 students were placed as “granted list”.  Due to the budget limitations, the students who had an acceptance letter more than 3 months will be granted for a maximum of 3-months scholarship. Other students whose acceptance letters are less than 3-months will be granted based on the dates on the letters.

Important Notice:

 

1)  It is compulsory to make traineeship activity be recognized at METU after the return. The students with compulsory traineeship courses in their curriculum may transfer their traineeship activity to that course. For other students who do not have compulsory traineeship courses in their curriculum or graduate students may use “International Student Practice” or “International Graduate Student Practice” courses for recognition.
