Değerli Koordinatörlerimiz,

Rektörlük Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi (UIO) tarafından yürütülmekte olan programlar, yeni uygulamalar ve mevcut programlarda meydana gelen değişiklikler konusunda siz koordinatörlerimizi bilgilendirme ihtiyacı ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu durum özellikle koordinatörlük görevini pandemi dönemi ve sonrasında üstlenen hocalarımız ile bu görevi uzun süredir yürüten koordinatörlerimizin bilgilerini tazelemeleri bakımdan önem arz etmektedir. Bu kapsamda, 24 Ekim 2022 Pazartesi ve 26 Ekim 2022 Çarşamba günleri çevrimiçi bilgilendirme toplantısı düzenlenecektir. Bilgilendirme toplantılarının içerikleri aynı olacağından bu iki gün ve saatten koordinatörlerimiz uygun buldukları toplantıya katılabilirler. Bilgilendirme toplantısı kayıt altına alınacak olup, kayıtlar ICO internet sitesine de ileri bir tarihte yüklenecektir. Toplantılara ait gün ve saatler aşağıdaki tabloda yer almaktadır. Bilgilendirme toplantıları için kayıt gerekmemekte olup katılımlarınız ve destekleriniz için şimdiden teşekkür ederiz.

Dear Students,

International Cooperations Office is no longer holding English Proficiency Exam for Exchange Programs (EPEEP) based on the University Senate decision given on December 29, 2021.

Due to this decision, effective of our new applications period in 2022, in addition to the exams that are recognized by METU, ICO will accept English language exams that are organized by OSYM (YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL). Students interested in applying to ICO programs such as Erasmus+, Overseas Exchange or Mevlana will be able to submit any of these English language scores taken within the last 5 years before the application period deadlines.

Please check which exams are organized by OSYM from the link and prepare your valid score.

The Program applications will be made between  November 7 and 30, 2022.

Please note that these information sessions are NOT for Erasmus+ Program with European Countries. The information sessions for Erasmus+ European Exchange Program will be announced later.

The event will be organized at 14 October, 2022 Friday.
