The main list and waiting list for Erasmus+ KA103 Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments application results can be found in this link.

Applicants can check the results by using the numbers assigned for their applications. Applicants have already been  informed by their application numbers via e-mail. In case of a problem about application numbers, applicants may a contact with sbetul@metu.edu.tr.

Applicants’ number of working years were received from the Department of Personnel on 21.11.2018. While calculating the previous mobilities and the regarding scores, the participations until 21.11.2018  were taken into account.

If a participant withdraws from the main list, the applicants in the waiting list will be informed in accordance with their overall score.We are waiting for an additional grant from Turkish National Agency, if the University gets the grant, it will be distributed according to this list.

Required Procedures for Awarded Applicants:

10 points will be decreased from the granted participants for their next Erasmus applications, (with European or non-European countries), until the end of this call (31 May 2020). Even though the participants do not conduct their mobility yet;10 points will be decreased because of being selected and granted in this call.

The receiving organisation must be a Programme Country HEI awarded with an ECHE. Before the mobility takes place, both the academic department in METU and partner HEI must sign an interinstitutional agreement. If applicants would like to visit a non-partner HEI, they may talk with the related institution in order to initiate Erasmus+ interinstitutional agreement which may be found in the above website (“Erasmus Agreement Draft”). The Erasmus+ interinstitutional agreement must be finalized before mobility takes place.

Important Notice: Participants are expected to realize their mobility in the Universities  which they have already applied. Since each country has a different amount of daily grant, it will not be possible for participants to change their destinations with another country having higher amount of daily grant or travel support.

Duration of the Activities:

The teaching activity can take place between 2 days and 5 days excluding travel time. In all cases, a teaching activity has to comprise a minimum of 8 hours of teaching per week (or any shorter period of stay). If the teaching activity/teaching hours last less than 2 days/8 hours (minimum requirement), the activity is considered as void and the grant payment is not made for the related activity.

Officially, Erasmus+ KA103 Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments activity for 2018 project term takes place between the dates: 05.12.2018-31.05.2020.

• Official Invitation Letter (signed and stampted by the receiving institution)
• Erasmus+ HE Staff Mobility agreement – teaching form (confirmed by all required parties)
• Euro Account at Vakıfbank METU Branch
• Erasmus+HE Staff Mobility Grant Agreement  (filled and signed with the help of ICO advisor)

After the Mobility

• Certificate of Attendance (original document confirmed by the receiving institution)
• Boarding Pass

6.2. Travel Amount by Distance

The travel amount is calculated by using the below “Distance Calculator”:

The distance calculator is used to determine the distance between the location where the staff is resident and the city of activity.

For disabled participants, it is possible to receive additional grants to meet their specific needs. In order for the disabled staff to be given additional grants, the beneficiary higher education institution is required to request additional grants from the Turkish National Agency. The applications for additional grants should be made during the term of the contract, but in any case up to 60 days before the contract end date. The Turkish National Agency will evaluate each application specifically and determine whether the additional grant can be granted, and if so, the appropriate grant amount.  Erasmus Staff Mobility without Grant (Zero-Grant)

It is possible to participate in Erasmus staff mobility programme without grant. Those staff who would like to participate in the programme without grant need to make application and their applications need to be evaluated as the others. Those participants with zero grant have to fulfill rights and obligations of the program.

Objection to Selection Results

Academic staff who would like to object to the selection results made according to the above criteria must apply to ICO with a written petition within one week from the date of the announcement. The written applications will be evaluated by the University Exchange Programs Commission.

Avrupa içi (Erasmus+ KA103) Personel Ders Verme Hareketliliği başvurusu

Avrupa içi (Erasmus+ KA103) Personel Ders Verme Hareketliliği başvuru dönemi 15 Eylül -15 Kasım 2018  tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilecektir.

2018-2020 dönemi KA103 projesi kapsamında, Ulusal Ajans tarafından Üniversitemize 17 öğretim üyesi için hibe tahsis edilmiştir.

Personel ders verme hareketliliği Türkiye’de ECHE sahibi bir yükseköğretim kurumunda ders vermekle yükümlü olan bir personelin, program ülkelerinden birinde ECHE sahibi bir yükseköğretim kurumunda öğrencilere ders vermesine ve ders vermeye ilişkin olarak karşı kurumla ortaklaşa akademik/eğitsel faaliyetler gerçekleştirmesine imkân sağlayan faaliyet alanıdır.

Erasmus+ KA103 Personel Ders Verme Hareketliliği kapsamında gidilecek kurum ile ODTÜ’deki ilgili akademik birim arasında Erasmus+ anlaşmasının olması gerekmektedir. Üniversitemizin mevcut anlaşma listesine aşağıdaki web sayfasından (Erasmus Agreements Lists for Academic Staff Exchange) ulaşılabilir:

Öğretim üyelerimiz ancak kendi alanlarından anlaşma yapılmış kurumlara gitmek üzere başvurabilirler.

Üniversitemiz (veya ilgili akademik birim) ile Erasmus+ anlaşması olmayan kurumlara gitmek isteyen öğretim elemanlarımız aynı web sayfasında bulunan anlaşma formatını kullanarak (Erasmus Agreement Draft) anlaşma yapılmasını görüşebilirler. Ancak yeni anlaşmanın başvuru döenimde imzalanmış olması gerekmektedir. Anlaşma imzalandan gidilmesi mümkün değildir.

1. Başvuru Koşulları (Asgari Şartlar):

·Adayların başvuru sırasında ODTU mensubu ve fiilen görev yapıyor olmaları gerekmektedir.

·Tercih edilen yükseköğretim kurum(ları) ile son başvuru tarihi olan 15 Kasım 2018 tarihinden önce iletişim kurulmuş ve e-posta aracılığıyla da olsa on kabul alınmış olması beklenmektedir.

·Ön kabul almayan adaylar secim surecinde değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır. İlgili ön kabulün rektörlük/dekanlık düzeyinde olması şartı aranmamaktadır, faaliyetin gerçekleşeceği akademik bölümden onay alınması yeterlidir.

4. Personel Ders Verme Hareketliliği için Asgarî ve Azamî Süreler

Personel ders verme hareketliliği için faaliyet süresi, seyahat hariç en az 2 iş günü ve en fazla 5 gün olarak belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, faaliyetin geçerli bir faaliyet olarak değerlendirilebilmesi için en az 8 ders saati ders verilmesi zorunludur. Personel ders verme hareketliliğinde, katılım sertifikasında yararlanıcının 2 günden az süre ile faaliyet gerçekleştirdiği ve/veya vermesi gerekenden daha az saat ders verdiğinin görüldüğü durumlarda, faaliyet geçersiz kabul edilir ve yararlanıcıya herhangi bir hibe ödemesi yapılmaz. Hibe hesaplamaları yapılırken maksimum 5 günlük faaliyet süresine ek olarak 1 gün de seyahat gününe hibe sağlanır. Ancak seyahat günü hibesinin sağlanabilmesi için seyahat gününün faaliyet süresine dâhil olmaması gerekmektedir.

Hareketlilik 01.12.2018 - 31.05.2020 tarihleri arasında gerçekleşmelidir.

5. Erasmus+ Hibe Miktarları

5a. Gidilen Ülkelere Göre Günlük Hibe Miktarları

Personel hareketliliğinden faydalanacak personele verilecek olan gündelik hibe miktarı gidilen ülke ile birlikte gidilen süreye göre aşağıdaki tabloda belirtilen tutarlar dikkate alınarak hesaplanır.

5b. Mesafeye Göre Seyahat Desteği Tutarı

Personel hareketliliği faaliyetinden faydalanan personeline ödenecek seyahat gideri miktarı “Mesafe Hesaplayıcı” kullanılarak hesap edilmelidir. Mesafe hesaplayıcısına aşağıdaki bağlantıdan ulaşılabilmektedir:

Mesafe hesaplayıcısı aracılığı ile personelin yerleşik olduğu yerden, faaliyet yerine kadar olan 2 nokta arasının km değeri tespit edilir ve aşağıdaki tablo kullanılarak seyahat hibesi hesaplanır. Mesafe hesaplayıcıda çıkan kilometrenin aşağıdaki tablodaki hibe karşılığı gidiş-dönüş rakamı olup, söz konusu miktar ikiyle çarpılmaz. Personelin aktarmalı olarak seyahat etmesi, yukarıda belirtilen mesafe hesaplaması ile varılan mesafeyi etkilemez.   

6. Hibesiz (“0” Hibeli) Olarak Personel Hareketliliğine Katılma

Personel istediği ve kurum/birim yönetici onayı olduğu takdirde hibe almaksızın da faaliyete katılabilir. Hibesiz personelin farkı, personelin bütçe hesaplamalarına dâhil edilmemesi ve kendisine hiçbir ödeme yapılmamasıdır. Hibe alınmaması personelin seçim sürecine dâhil olmamasına gerekçe değildir. Faaliyetten hibesiz faydalanılabilmesi için de başvuru yapılması ve başvurunun diğer başvurularla beraber değerlendirmeye tabi tutulması gerekmektedir.

Applications for Erasmus+ KA103 (with EU Members and Programme Countries) Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments

The application period for Erasmus+ KA103 Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments (with EU Members and Programme Countries) will open between September 15 to November 15, 2018.

The budget allocated to our University by Turkish National Agency for the 2018-2020 project year is for 17 teaching staff members.

Erasmus+ KA103 Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments (STA) is a field of activity that allows HEI teaching staff of a Turkish higher education institution (holding ECHE*) to teach and carry joint academic/educational activities at a partner HEI (holding ECHE) in the program countries.

The receiving organisation must be a Programme Country HEI awarded with an ECHE. Before the mobility takes place, both the academic department in METU and partner HEI must sign an interinstitutional agreement. The faculty members can only apply to the universities which have agreements in their scientific field.

If applicants would like to visit a non-partner HEI, they may talk with the related institution in order to initiate Erasmus+ interinstitutional agreement which may be found in the above website (“Erasmus Agreement Draft”). The Erasmus+ interinstitutional agreement must be finalized before mobility takes place. It is not possible to apply without a valid agreement.

1. Application Conditions (Minimum Requirements):

• Applicants must be a member of METU and they must actively work at the time of application
• Applicants must be employed for teaching and lecturing at METU (staff who works as lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor)
• Applicants are expected to have a contact with the preferred HEI and receive an acceptance letter (or e-mail) prior to the application deadline (15 November 2018).
• Applications of those candidates who have not received pre-admission will not be evaluated in the selection process. It is sufficient to obtain approval from the academic department in which the activity will take place.

If the teaching activity/teaching hours last less than 2 days/8 hours (minimum requirement), the activity is considered as void and the grant payment is not made for the related activity.

The activity should take place between the dates: 01.12.2018-31.05.2020
