ERASMUS YERLEŞTİRME SONUÇ DETAYLARI LİSTESİ

Liste 1 şu şekilde incelenmelidir:

Yeşil renk: Öğrencilerin tercih etmiş olduğu üniversiteleri belirtmektedir.

Mavi Renk: Öğrencilerin yerleştirilmiş oldukları tercihleri belirtmektedir.

Kırmızı Renk: Bölümlerin onay vermediği üniversite tercihlerini belirtmektedir.

Siyah Renk: 13 Mart 2021’de yapılan Değişim Programları İngilizce Yeterlik Sınavı’na girmediği için başvurusu iptal edilen öğrencilerin tercihlerini belirtmektedir.

*Devam etmekte olan Koronavirüs pandemisi nedeniyle, bazı üniversitelerin 2021-2022 akademik yılı Sonbahar döneminde öğrenci kabul etmeme/ online eğitime geçiş gibi durumları ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu durumları önceden araştırıp/ danışmanınızla iletişime geçerek planlamalarınızı buna göre yapmanız gerekmektedir. 

"Bilindiği gibi 1 Ocak 2021 tarihi itibarıyla yeni Erasmus+ Programı başlamıştır. Türkiye ile Avrupa Birliği arasında 2021-2027 yeni Erasmus+ programına katılım anlaşması ile 2021 Yılı Delegasyon Anlaşması henüz imzalanmamıştır. Söz konusu anlaşma süreçlerinde yaşanacak gecikmelerden veya aksaklıklardan kaynaklanabilecek  maddi veya manevi kayıplardan  kurumumuz ve Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı sorumlu tutulamaz. 

2021 sözleşme yılı için en erken proje başlangıç tarihinin 01 Eylül 2021 olması beklenmektedir. Dolayısıyla 2021 sözleşmesi  kapsamında tahsis edilecek hibeler bakımından bu tarihten önce öğrenim hareketliliği için faaliyet başlangıç tarihi belirlenmesi mümkün değildir. Buna ek olarak kurumlara tahsis edilecek olan hibelerin gecikmesi söz konusu olabilecektir. Sonbahar döneminde programa katılmayı tercih etmiş olan öğrencilerin hibe ödemelerinde gecikmeler yaşanabilecektir.

Yine seçildiğiniz ülke ile ilgili seyahat kısıtlamaları ve karantina kuralları ile ilgili bilgilere aşağıda verilen linklerden ulaşabilirsiniz. Ancak aşağıda verilen linklerde bulunmayan uçuş kısıtlamalarının olması halinde Uluslararası İşbirliği Ofisi (UİO) herhangi bir şekilde sorumlu tutulamaz.

Yerleştirme sonuçlarına itiraz etmek isteyen öğrenciler 21 Mayıs 2021 tarihine kadar Uluslararası İşbirliği Ofisi'ne bir dilekçe yazarak e-mail yoluyla europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr adresine başvurabilirler. Dilekçede belirtilen e-posta iletişim adresine UIO tarafından 04 Haziran 2021 tarihine kadar geri dönüş yapılacaktır.

2)      HİBELER 

Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı henüz üniversitemize 2021-2023 dönemi için tahsis edilecek hibe miktarını açıklamamıştır. Hibe alabilecek öğrenci sayısı üniversitemize Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı tarafından tahsis edilen bütçe miktarına göre belirlenecektir.

3)      YERLEŞTİRME KRİTERLERİ

Yerleştirme, başvuran öğrencilerin dönemi, bölümü, toplam puanı, anlaşma kontenjanları ve bölümlerin akademik değerlendirmeleri dikkate alınarak yapılmıştır. Başvuran öğrencilerin toplam (overall) puanı aşağıdaki şekilde hesaplanmıştır:

 Erasmus+ yerleştirmeleri %50 CGPA ve %50 DPİYS veya İYS dikkate alınarak yapılmaktadır.

Ancak öğrencinin ağırlıklı not ortalaması belirlenirken, kümülatif not ortalaması (CGPA), kendi bölümündeki ve dönemindeki diğer öğrencilerin kümülatif not ortalamasına oranlanır. Örnek:

Öğrencinin Erasmus İngilizce Yeterlik Sınavı: 80 Öğrencinin not ortalaması: 3.15 İlgili bölümün ve dönemin öğrencilerinin CPGA: 2.89 Oran: 3.15/2.89 = 1.09 25*+1.09=26.09 Erasmus başvurusu icin kullanılacak puan : 3.15x26.09 = 82.18 olarak belirlenir. Overall Puan= ( 82.18*0.5) + ( 80*0.5)=  81.09 *%50 ortalama almak için kullanılan not dönüştürme katsayısı=25

Ayrica, Turkiye Ulusal Ajansi'nin belirlediği program kurallari gereği;

• Daha önce aynı öğrenim seviyesinde Erasmus programından (öğrenim, ICM ve/veya staj) yararlandığını beyan etmiş olan öğrencilerin “overall” puanlarından her bir katılım için 10 puan kesinti yapılmıştır
• 2021-2022 akademik yılı Erasmus+ ICM programına seçilen öğrencilerden 10 puan kesintisi yapılmıştır (30.04.2021 tarihi itibari ile programdan çekilmemiş olan öğrenciler). 
• 2021-2022 Akademik Yılı için Erasmus Staj programına da başvuru yapmış ve önceliğini Erasmus Staj programına vermiş olan öğrencilerden 10 puan kesinti yapılmıştır.
• 2020-2021 Akadmeik yılı için Erasmus Öğrenim kapsamında seçilmiş ve hareketliliğini 2021-2022 yılına ertelemiş olan öğrencilerden 10 puan kesintisi yapılmıştır (30.04.2021 tarihi itibari ile programdan çekilmemiş olan öğrenciler). 
• 2019-2022 projesi kapsamında seçilen ve Erasmus Staj hareketliliğini 2021-2022 yılına ertelemiş olan öğrencilerden 10 puan kesintisi yapılmıştır (30.04.2021 tarihi itibari ile programdan çekilmemiş olan öğrenciler). 
• 2828 sayılı Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu kapsamında hakkında koruma kararı olan öğrencilere 10 puan eklenmiştir
• Engelliliği belgeleyen geçerli belgesini başvuru sistemine yükleyen öğrencilerin “overall” puanları 10 puan artırılmıştır.
• Şehit ve Gazi yakınlığı belgesini başvuru sistemine yüklemiş olan  öğrencilerin “overall” puanları ise 15 puan arttırılmıştır.

2021-2023 bütçe dönemi için ikinci bir Erasmus yerleştirmesi yapılmayacaktır. Erasmus öğrenim programı sonuçları açıklandıktan sonra öğrencilerin yerleştikleri üniversitelerde değişiklik yapılması mümkün değildir. 

5) KORONAVİRÜS PANDEMİSİ  SEBEBİ İLE SÖZKONUSU SEÇİM DÖNEMİ (10 ŞUBAT 2021-15 MART 2021 BAŞVURU ve  2021-2023 BÜTÇE DÖNEMİ) UYGULANACAK KURALLAR

1. Koronavirüs Pandemisi sebebiyle Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı’nın yaptığı bilgilendirmeler ışığında, Erasmus hareketliliğini tamamen Türkiye’den çevrimiçi olarak ya da Türkiye’de çevrimiçi başlayıp yurtdışında fiziki olarak tamamlayabileceklerdir. Ancak, öğrenciler Türkiye’de bulundukları süre için bireysel mali destek alamayacaklardır. Maddi destek yalnızca yurtdışında geçirilecek olan süre için mümkün olacaktır.

2. Pandemi sebebiyle geçmiş dönemde uygulanan önlemler göz önüne alınarak gidilecek kurumda eğitimin sekteye uğraması, iptali, ulaşım imkanlarının kısıtlanması, karantina uygulamasının yapılması gibi ihtimalleri öğrenci göz önünde bulundurur.

3. Devam etmekte olan pandemi nedeniyle, ilan edilen listelerde yer alan kurumlara/ülkelere ait bilgiler değişiklik gösterebilir. Sonuç ilanından sonra ortaya çıkabilecek uçuş yasakları, karşı üniversitede öğretimin askıya alınması gibi değişikliklerden UİO sorumlu değildir.

4. Yukarıda belirtilen uygulama esasları Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı, Yükseköğretim Kurulu, Üniversite Yönetim Kurulu tarafından pandeminin seyrine göre ortaya çıkabilecek yeni durumlara karşı alınacak tedbirler ışığında değişebilir.

 

ÖNEMLİ HATIRLATMALAR !!!

1) Erasmus Değişim Programı öncesi (Learning Agreement (LA) Before the Mobility) en az 30 ECTS almak zorunludur. Erasmus Değişim Programı sonunda, başlangıçta alınmış olan 30 ECTS’den az 20 ECTS krediden başarılı olmayan öğrencilerin toplam hibelerinin %20’si ödenmez.

2) Erasmus Değişim Programı dönüşünde karşı üniversitede alınan derslerden başarılı olunan derslerin ODTÜ’de saydırılması gerekmektedir.

3) Yerleştirilmiş olduğunuz üniversitenin başvurusuna ilişkin ders seçimi, eğitim dili, ECTS kredileri gibi detayları ilgili üniversitelerin web sayfalarından kontrol ediniz. Yerleştirildiğiniz üniversite ile anlaşmamız olması; bu üniversitenin eğitim dilinin İngilizce olduğu anlamına gelmemektedir.

Program kuralları gereği Erasmus Öğrenim programına katılmaktan vazgeçmiş olan öğrencilerin kararlarını mümkün olan en kısa sürede ofis danışmanlarına bildirmeleri GEREKMEKTEDİR. 

Başvuru sırasında  seçmiş olduğu dönem tercihini değiştirmek isteyen öğrencilerin 21 Mayıs 2021 tarihine kadar UİO danışmanlarına bildirmeleri gerekmektedir.

* Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, some universities have decided to cancel 2021-2022 Fall Semester or move to online distance education.  It is your responsbility to check/ control current status of the universities in cooperation with your ICO advisor. 

"As it is known, the new Erasmus + Program has started as of January 1, 2021. The agreement between Turkey and the European Union to participate in the new Erasmus + program for 2021-2027 and the 2021 Delegation Agreement has not yet been signed. The National Agency cannot be held responsible."The earliest project start date for the 2021 contract year is expected to be 01 September 2021. Therefore, it is not possible to determine the activity start date for learning mobility before this date in terms of grants to be allocated under the 2021 contract. In addition, there may be a delay in grants to be allocated to institutions. There may be delays in grant payments for students who chose to participate in the program in the fall semester.

If you would like to object to selection results, you should email a scanned petition to International Cooperations Office (europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr) until May 21, 2021. ICO will respond to the petition until June  4, 2021  thorugh the e-mail address indicated in the petition.

2)      GRANT RESULTS 

The Turkish National Agency has not yet announced the amount of grant to be allocated to our university for the 2021-2023 period. The number of students who can receive grants will be determined according to the amount of the budget allocated to our university by the Turkish National Agency.

3)      SELECTION CRITERIA

Students’ department, overall grade and agreement quotas and agreement specifications (Agreement details) as well as academic assessment of the departments have been taken into consideration during the selection process. Overall scores were calculated as follows:

According to the regulations of the Turkish National Agency, 50% of CGPA and 50% of the English language test score are taken into account in electing prospective Erasmus students. Besides, before calculating the 50% of the CGPA, a coefficient is applied on the CGPA according to the applicants' department and semester information as below:

Student English Proficency Score: 80

Student CGPA: 3.15

CGPA of the related department's students in the same semester with the applicant: 2.89

Ratio: 3.15/2.89 = 1.09

25*+1.09=26.09

Erasmus application score: 3.15x26.09 = 82.18

Overall Score of the Student: ( 82.18*0.5) + ( 80*0.5)=  81.09

*the convergent factor to calculate 50% of the CGPA = 25

Besides, based on rules established by Turkish National Agency:

• 10 points was be decreased from the overall score of the students for each participation of the Erasmus KA103/ Erasmus Traineeship and Erasmus KA107 in the same study cycle.
• 10 points was decreased from the overall score of the students who have been selected for Erasmus KA107 for 2021-2022 academic year.
• 10 points was decreased from the overall score of the students who have been selected for Erasmus KA103 for 2020-2021 academic year and postpone their mobilities to 2021-2022 academic year ( on the lists as of 30.04.2021) 
• 10 points was decreased from the overall score of the students who have been selected for Erasmus Traineeshipfrom 2019-2021 budget and postpone their traineeship to 2021-2022 academic year ( on the lists as of 30.04.2021)
• The students who apply for both Erasmus student and traineeship mobility was expected to give priority to one of their choices. The preference was indicated during the online application. 10 points was decreased from the choice that was not prioritized.
•  
• 15 points was added to the overall score of the students who are  the childrens of martyries and veterans. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.
• 10 points was added to the overall score of students with disabilities. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.
• 10 points was added to the overall score of the students who are who have been under protection by 2828  Social Services Law. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period. 

4) PROCEDURES AFTER SELECTİON:

 These procedures are valid for both students with and without grant!!!

There will not be a second round for Erasmus placement for 2021- 2023 budget year and it is not possible to change the university you are placed. 

5) RULES TO BE APPLIED SPECIAL FOR CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC (15 FEBRUARY 2021-10 MARCH 2021 APPLICATION AND 2021-2023 BUDGET YEAR)

 

1. In the light of the information provided by the Turkish National Agency due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, students will be able to start their Erasmus mobility completely online from Turkey or online in Turkey and physically complete abroad. However, students will not be able to receive individual financial support during their stay in Turkey. Financial support will only be possible for the time spent abroad.
2. Considering the precautions applied in the past period due to the pandemic, each student should consider the possibilities such as disruption of education, cancellation, travel restrictions and quarantine rules applied by different countries.
3. Due to the ongoing pandemic, information on institutions / countries included in the announced lists may vary. ICO is not responsible for changes such as flight bans that may occur; suspension of education at the host university etc. after the announcement of the results. 
4. The above-mentioned principles may change based on the decision of  Turkish National Agency, Turkish Higher Education Council and METU regarding the spread of pandemic.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!

1) Before Erasmus programme (Learning Agreement Before (LA) Before the Mobility) you are expected to take 30 ECTS courses . After the program, if the students cannot be successful from at least 20 ECTS credits out of 30, 20% of their grant will not be paid.

2) The courses completed successfully in the host university must be recognized in METU after return.

3)Please check the websites of the universities you have been placed. Having a bilateral agreement between METU and host university doesn’t necessarily guarantee that you will be able to find courses offered in English. So, you are responsible for checking the deadlines, offered courses, ECTS credits in advance.

Students who would like to withdraw from the Erasmus programme should also immediately inform their ICO advisors of their withdrawal decision.

Students who would like to change their semester preferences indicated during the application  should also immediately inform their ICO advisors until 21 May 2021.
