We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our summer programs in 2023, and we would like to extend an invitation to your students to experience the vibrant campus life at Soochow University in Taipei, Taiwan, as well as our joint programs campus at Kansai University in Osaka. Being one of the top universities in Taiwan, we are dedicated to offering an exceptional program that will ensure your students make the most of their 3-week stay with us this winter.
We would like to inquire whether ANU would be able to support our Soochow International Programs once again in December 2023, enabling students to officially participate in Soochow's programs. Your support and collaboration have been instrumental in making our past programs successful, and we believe that together, we can continue to offer a transformative learning experience for your students.
Our winter program is designed to offer a diverse range of courses, cultural activities, and immersive experiences, allowing students to gain a deeper understanding of Taiwan's rich heritage and contemporary society. Moreover, our joint programs campus at Kansai University offers a unique opportunity for cross-cultural engagement, fostering international friendships and global perspectives.
As per our tradition, the 2023 SCUIP will take place on December with 3-week session in both Taipei and Osaka. This remarkable opportunity guarantees valuable experiences for all students.

[Program Summary]
Session One - Soochow University Joint International Programs with Kansai University
Dates: December 2nd to December 22nd, 2023
Mode of Attendance: Face-to-face
Location: Osaka, Japan
Application Deadline: November 17th, 2023
Credits: 3 - 4 U.S credits per course, maximum of 6 credits
Eligibility: Student enrolled in a higher education institution
Language of Instruction: English
Session Two - SCU Intensive Chinese Language and Cultural Study Program - [https://abroad.ext.scu.edu.tw/summer.html]
Dates: December 11th to December 29th, 2023
Mode of Attendance: Face-to-face
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Application Deadline: December 1st, 2023
Credits: (3) U.S. credits per course
The available courses are as follows:
1. CHN101 Beginner Chinese
2. LIN203 Chinese Business Language and Culture
3. BUS302 Doing Business in Asia
Tuition: The total tuition fee for each course is USD$ 2,000
Tuition for Summer in Taiwan - *Non-native Chinese students who select CHN101 as one of their courses will be awarded full scholarships (tuition waiver) for the course.
Eligibility: Student enrolled in a higher education institution
Language of Instruction: English
