Yerleşen öğrenciler yerleştikleri tercih detaylar için Liste1'i incelemelidir.

Dear Students

As you know, the first application results for Erasmus+ KA131 study mobility for the 2024-2025 academic year were announced on April 4, 2024, and it was stated in the result announcement that the relevant lists are not the final result lists and the final result list will be announced after the evaluation of the department coordinators and the official objection period ends (April 12, 2024). In this context, after the objections/requests and evaluations received from you and the departmental Erasmus Coordinators, it has been determined that there are applications that are not deemed appropriate by our departments. As stated in our application announcement, there may be some rules determined by your departments regarding participation in Erasmus mobility and this situation was shared by METU IIO in the first application announcement and also via the link https://ico.metu.edu.tr/departments-restrictions-outgoing-students. In addition, as a result of the objections made, it was determined that some candidates applied with PTE language exam results and the system underestimated the grade conversion of these candidates.

After the correction of these errors and the applications that were found inappropriate by our departments, a new and final placement was made in order not to leave the relevant university quotas empty.

The list of students who have been placed in a university for an exchange activity to benefit from the Erasmus+ KA131 study mobility program for the budget year 2024 (List1); and the placement details of all students who applied (List2) can be found at the link below. This list is not the Erasmus+ KA131 study mobility grant result list. If you see the "Result" column blank in List2, it means that you were not placed in any of your preferences. Placed students should check List1 for the details of their preferences. There is no waiting list for students who have not been placed in any university. Only applications in "Completed" status are taken into consideration. Applications with the phrase "rejected by the department" in the result list are the applications that are deemed inappropriate by our departments and evaluated within the scope of the departmental restrictions mentioned above. The International Cooperation Office does not have any evaluation authority for applications that our departments do not find appropriate.
