DİKKAT!

Program kapsamında, toplam 200 kişilik kontenjan dâhilinde yerleştirme işlemleri tamamlanmış olup, bu sayı hibe destekli 80 ve hibe desteksiz 120 öğrenci olacak şekilde belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen bu kontenjan kesin niteliktedir. Yerleştirme süreci sonunda herhangi bir yükseköğretim kurumuna yerleştirilemeyen adaylar için yedek liste veya bekleme listesi bulunmamaktadır.

Tercih ettikleri üniversitelerde boş kontenjan bulunsa dahi toplam kontenjan sınırı aşılamayacağından, bu durum yerleştirme imkanı doğurmayacaktır.

YERLEŞTİRME SONRASI SÜREÇ

Hem hibeli hem hibesiz öğrenciler için yürütülecek tüm işlemler, UİO danışmanları tarafından ayrıca e-posta yoluyla açıklanacak olup seçilen adaylara yönelik oryantasyon toplantısının ayrıntıları websitemizde ayrıca ilan edilecektir.

 Erasmus yerleştirme sonuçları açıklandıktan sonra öğrencilerin yerleştikleri üniversitelerde değişiklik yapılması mümkün değildir. 

Bir üniversiteye yerleştirilmiş ancak ilk 80 kişi arasında yer almayan öğrencilerimiz hibe sıralaması olarak "Yedek" statüsünde olacak ve ilk 80 kişiden herhangi bir öğrenci programdan çekildiğinde, yedek liste güncellenecektir. Hibe sırası size geldiği takdirde Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi (UIO) danışmanınız tarafından bilgilendirileceksiniz. Bu durum ile ilgili ayrıca bir işlem yapmanız gerekmemektedir. 

 

PROGRAMDAN ÇEKİLME BİLDİRİMİ

Program kuralları gereği Erasmus+ KA131 öğrenim programına katılmaktan vazgeçmiş olan öğrencilerin kararlarını DANIŞMANLARINA e-mail yoluyla bildirmeleri gerekmektedir. Bunun için son tarih 28 Eylül 2025’tir. Bu tarihten sonra çekildiğini bildirenlerden sonraki Erasmus başvuruları için 10 puan kesilecektir.

Seçilen adaylar, 2025-2026 Akademik Yılı Bahar Dönemi için seçilmişlerdir. Dönem değişikliği ve dönem uzatma yapılamamaktadır.

Information Session PRESENTATION

The process for students to apply to the universities they have been placed in will be initiated by their appointed ICO ADVISORS, and they will be informed accordingly.

ATTENTION!

Within the scope of the program, placement procedures have been completed for a total of 200 students, consisting of 80 students with grants and 120 without grants. This quota is definitive. There is no waiting or reserve list for candidates who were not placed in any higher education institution.

Even if there are available quotas for the universities they selected, no additional placements will be made, as the total quota cannot be exceeded.

POST-PLACEMENT PROCESS

All procedures for both grant and non-grant students will be explained by UIO advisors via e-mail, and the details of the orientation meeting for selected candidates will be announced on our website.

It is not possible to make changes to the universities where students are placed after the placement results are announced. Students who have been placed at a university but are not among the top 80 candidates will be in the "wait list" status in terms of grant allocation. If any of the top 80 students withdraw from the program, the wait list will be updated accordingly. When the updated grant allocation is possible, your advisor from the International Cooperation Office (OIC) will inform you. No further action is required from you regarding this matter.

 

 

DEADLINE FOR WITHDRAWAL

According to the program rules, students who have decided to withdraw from the Erasmus+ KA131 study program MUST inform their ICO ADVISOR of their decision. The deadline for this is September 28, 2025. Those who report their withdrawal after this date will have 10 points deducted for their subsequent Erasmus applications. The candidates have been selected for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year. Term changes and term extensions cannot be made.

İlgili liste kesin sonuç listesi DEĞİLDİR.  kesin sonuç listesi, aşağıda belirtilen resmi itiraz süreci sonlandıktan sonra ayrıca duyurulacaktır.

  

 İTİRAZ SÜRECİ

Yerleştirme sonuçlarına itiraz etmek isteyen öğrenciler 18 Eylül 2025 tarihi saat 12.00'ye kadar europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr'ye e-mail yoluyla ve e-mail metninde Ad-Soyad-Öğrenci Numarası- Bölüm-İtiraz Gerekçesi belirterek itirazlarını iletebilir.

 

 YERLEŞTİRME SONRASI SÜREÇ

Hem hibeli hem hibesiz öğrenciler için yürütülecek tüm işlemler, UİO danışmanları tarafından ayrıca e-posta yoluyla açıklanacak olup seçilen adaylara yönelik oryantasyon toplantısının ayrıntıları websitemizde ayrıca ilan edilecektir.

 Erasmus yerleştirme sonuçları açıklandıktan sonra öğrencilerin yerleştikleri üniversitelerde değişiklik yapılması mümkün değildir. 

 

ÖNEMLİ HATIRLATMALAR

1) Erasmus+ KA131 programı kapsamında (Learning Agreement (LA) Before the Mobility) en az 30 ECTS almak zorunludur. Erasmus+ KA131 programı sonunda, başlangıçta alınmış olan 30 ECTS’den az 20 ECTS krediden başarılı olmayan hibeli öğrencilerin toplam hibelerinin %20’si ödenmez.

2) Erasmus+ KA131 programı dönüşünde karşı üniversitede alınan derslerin ODTÜ’de tanınması zorunludur.

3) Yerleştirilmiş olduğunuz üniversitenin başvurusuna ilişkin ders seçimi, eğitim dili, ECTS kredileri gibi detayları ilgili üniversitelerin web sayfalarından kontrol ediniz. Yerleştirildiğiniz üniversite ile anlaşmamız olması; bu üniversitenin eğitim dilinin İngilizce olduğu anlamına gelmemektedir.

PLACEMENT RESULTS 

 

CURRENT RESULTS LIST 

There is no waiting list for students who have not been placed in any university.

The above list is not final. Final results will be announced separately after objection process specified below is completed.

 

 

 

OBJECTION PERIOD

Students who wish to object to their placement results can submit their objections to the International Cooperation Office via e-mail at europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr stating their name, surname, student number, department and the reason for their objection, until September 18, 2025, 12.00.

 

POST-PLACEMENT PROCESS

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1) It is mandatory to take at least 30 ECTS within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA131 program (Learning Agreement (LA) Before the Mobility). At the end of the Erasmus+ KA131 program, 20% of the total grants of grant students who are not successful in less than 20 ECTS credits out of the 30 ECTS taken at the beginning will not receive the remaining grant.

2) Upon returning from the Erasmus+ KA131 program, the courses taken at the host university must be recognized by METU.

3) Check the details such as course selection, language of instruction, and ECTS credits regarding the application of the university you were placed in from the web pages of the relevant universities. Having an agreement with the university you were placed in does not mean that the language of instruction at that university is English.
