The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan is pleased to announce the implementation of the "Internships in Japan for AI and Tech Talent" program. This program provides valuable opportunities for interns from the Global South to gain hands-on experience in various technologies and skills at Japanese companies, irrespective of their Japanese language proficiency. It includes a coding contest for students and individuals studying in IT and AI-related fields, followed by internships at Japanese companies.
