LÜTFEN AŞAĞIDAKİ AÇIKLAMALARI DİKKATLİCE OKUYUNUZ!!!!

 

Sevgili Öğrenciler,

Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı tarafından açıklanan kesin hibe dağıtım sonuçlarına göre 2024-2025 Akademik Yılı Erasmus+ KA131 Öğrenim programı kapsamında Üniversitemize tahsis edilecek program bütçesi çerçevesinde ve öğrencilerimizin başvuru puan sıralaması itibarıyla ilk 145 kişi içerisinde yer alan öğrencilerimiz hibelendirilecektir. 

Bir üniversiteye yerleştirilmiş ancak en üst ilk 145 kişi arasında yer bulamayan öğrencilerimiz hibe sıralaması olarak "Yedek" statüsünde olacak ve ilk 145 kişiden herhangi bir öğrenci programdan çekildiğinde, yedek liste güncellenecektir. Hibe sırası size geldiği takdirde Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi (UIO) danışmanınız tarafından bilgilendirileceksiniz. Bu durum ile ilgili ayrıca bir işlem yapmanız gerekmemektedir.

Daha önce duyurulduğu üzere, Erasmus programından geri çekilme son tarihi 31 Temmuz 2024 Çarşamba günüdür. Erasmus hareketliliklerinden çekilmek isteyen öğrenciler, gelecekteki Erasmus başvurularında puan kesintisi olmaması için belirtilen son tarihe kadar UİO danışmanlarına programdan çekilme taleplerini belirten bir e-posta göndermelidir.

Dear Students, 

The Turkish National Agency has announced the finalized grant allocation decision to the universities. According to the grant amount that will be allocated to METU, the first 145 students according to the overall grades will have the “granted” status. Whenever a student withdraws from the program, the waiting list will be updated. You will be informed if you get the grant later on by your ICO advisor.

2024-2025 Academic Year Erasmus+ Grant Amount for Mobility Students

 

 2024-2025 Academic Year Erasmus+ Travel Support for Mobility Students

As previously announced, the withdrawal deadline for 2024 Project Budget Erasmus+ KA131 (European Mobility Program) Student Mobility for Studies in the 2024-2025 Academic Year is 31 July, 2024 Wednesday. Students who wish to withdraw from their Erasmus mobilities can send an e-mail stating their request to their ICO advisors until the deadline in order not to receive a point reduction in their future Erasmus applications.

 

niversite Değişim Programları Komisyonu'nun 26.06.2024 tarihli kararı kapsamında Üniversitemiz bünyesinde Uluslararası İş Birliği Ofisi (UİO) tarafından koordine edilen ve tüm öğrenci, personel ve mensuplara genel duyuru olarak ilan edilen ve Avrupa ülkeleri ile yürütülen Erasmus+ KA131 programı giden yönlü hareketlilik faaliyetlerine ilişkin olarak, 2024-2026 yılları arasında aşağıdaki afişte yer alan yeni bir başvuru ve yerleştirme takvimi belirlenmiştir. 

Yurt dışındaki Erasmus+ ortağı yükseköğretim kurumlarımızın Erasmus+ hareketliliklerine yönelik son başvuru tarihlerinin, Üniversitemizin bir önceki seçim takvimine çok yakın olması ve ilgili kurumlara yönelik başvurularda gecikmelerin yaşanabilmesi nedeniyle yeni bir başvuru takviminin oluşturulması ihtiyacı doğmuştur. Ayrıca, yeni başvuru takvimi yoluyla, Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı'nın Avrupa Komisyonu ile imzaladığı Katkı Anlaşması'nın ardından Üniversitemize tahsis ettiği hibe miktarının belli olmasını takiben, öğrenim hareketliliği başvuru ilanlarında hibe sağlanabilecek öğrenci kotası da net şekilde duyurulabilecek ve öğrenim hareketliliği adayları hibe durumlarını bilerek süreçlere devam edebileceklerdir. 

İlgili karar doğrultusunda önümüzdeki dönemlerde Avrupa ülkeleri ile yürütülen Erasmus+ KA131 programı başvuru dönemleri aşağıda belirtilen takvim kapsamında düzenlenecek ve belirtilen dönem/tarihler dışında başvuru alınamayacaktır.

Within the scope of the decision of the University Exchange Programs Commission dated 26.06.2024, a new application and placement calendar has been determined for the years 2024-2026, regarding the outbound mobility activities of the KA131programs coordinated by the International Cooperation Office (ICO) with European countries. Please refer to the poster below for the detailed new application and placement calendar.

Due to the close proximity of our University's previous application calendar to the application deadlines for Erasmus+ mobility programs of our partner HEIs in Europe, and to avoid potential delays in applications, there has been a need to form a new application calendar. This adjustment will ensure a smoother application process and timely submissions to our partner institutions. In addition, through the new application calendar, the number of students eligible for Erasmus+ scholarship will be clearly announced at the beginning of the application process and candidates will know their grant status from the start, allowing them to participate with full awareness of their funding status. 

Applications for the Erasmus+ KA131 program conducted with European countries will only be accepted within the specified periods and dates mentioned in the new calendar. No applications will be accepted outside these designated periods.
