Uluslararası İşbirliği Ofisi Kısmi Zamanlı Öğrenci Asistanı Alımı (2025/01)

YETERLİ BAŞVURU SAYISINA ULAŞILMASI NETİCESİNDE BU İLAN 25.02.2025 / 15.50 İTİBARİYLE BAŞVURUYA KAPATILMIŞTIR

Uluslararası İşbirliği Ofisi (UİO) bünyesinde kısmi zamanlı çalıştırılmak üzere 2 adet kısmi zamanlı öğrenci asistanı alımı yaplacaktır.

Kriterler:

a) Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi’ne kayıtlı (özel öğrenci hariç) aktif öğrenci olmak,

b) Disiplin cezası almamış ve/veya hakkında herhangi bir disiplin soruşturması açılmamış olmak,

c) Kayıt donduran öğrenci olmamak,

ç) Yabancı uyruklu öğrenci olmamak,

d) Normal eğitim-öğretim süresi içerisinde öğrenim görüyor olmak, kısmi zamanlı öğrenci olarak görevlendirildiği dönemde eğitimini hiçbir şekilde uzatmamış olduğunu belgelemek.

e) En az 3. dönem öğrencisi olmak,

f) Genel not ortalamasının en az 2.50 / 4.00 olması,

g) Yetim maaşı ve nafaka hariç, asgari ücret düzeyinde bir gelire sahip olmamak,

h) Daha önce sözleşmeye aykırılık nedeniyle KZÖ sözleşmesi feshedilmemiş olmak.

Çalışma Şartları:

a) Öğrenci asistanları haftada 15 saat (en az 4 yarım gün) fiziksel olarak UİO'da görev yapacak ve bu çalışması karşılığında saatlik 100,00 TL ödeme alacaktır.

b) Öğrenci asistanı adayı, UİO'yu ziyaret eden yabancı uyruklu öğrenci ve personellerle iletişim sağlamasına olanak tanıyacak düzeyde İngilizce bilmelidir.

c) Öğrenci asistanı adayı, basit ofis görevlerini başarıyla tamamlayabilecek düzeyde genel bilgisayar ve Microsoft Office programları bilmelidir.

Japonya Bilimi Destekleme Kurumu Tanıtım Semineri/Informative Seminar on Japan Society for the Promotion of Science

Japonya Bilimi Destekleme Kurumu (JSPS- Japan Society for the Promotion of Science) JSPS yetkilileri, Üniversitemiz akademik personeline ve doktora öğrencilerine yönelik bir tanıtım semineri düzenleyecektir. Seminerde, Türk araştırmacıların Japonya ile ortak araştırmalar yapabilmek için başvurabilecekleri JSPS destek programları hakkında bilgiler verilecektir. Japonya ile akademik iş birliği yapmak isteyen tüm araştırmacılarımız ve doktora öğrencilerimiz seminere davetlidir.

2023 Project Term Erasmus+ KA131 Short-Term Doctoral Traineeship Application Results (4th Call)

If you would like to object to selection results, you should email a scanned petition to International Cooperations Office (nurtemur@metu.edu.tr) until 21 February, 2025. ICO will respond to the petition until  28 February, 2025 through the e-mail address indicated in the petition.

 

Selection Criteria

Additional points:

·         15 points for an official, signed, and stamped acceptance letter uploaded during the application. Letters must specify the internship role as a trainee (not researcher). (After the applications are completed, the content of the acceptance letter will be checked for suitability. Only valid acceptance letters will be awarded points and no extra points will be awarded for acceptance e-mails).

·         15 points for children of martyrs/veterans (with proof).

·         10 points for students with disabilities (with proof).

·         10 points for students under the 2828 Social Services Law (with proof).

·         10 points for students or first-degree relatives receiving AFAD aid (with proof).

·         5 points for Digital Opportunity Traineeships (cybersecurity, big data, digital marketing, software development, social media management etc.), provided the acceptance letter specifies this scope.

 **To get these additional points, applicants have to submit their official proofs by 31.01.2025 to online application from e-Devlet. It is the applicants’s own responsibility to provide valid and reliable proofs.

Deductions:

·         10 points for applicants who have benefited from Short-Term Doctoral Erasmus applications. Even though the participants do not conduct their mobility yet; 10 points will be deducted because of being selected and granted before.

·         10 points for international students applying for their country of citizenship. 

Required Procedures for Awarded Applicants:

The list of documents that you need to prepare before your mobility will be send to your email by your ICO advisor. You can also find the list of documents from the link.

Participants who would like to withdraw from the program should inform ICO until 30.05.2025.  For those participants who inform ICO after the deadline, there will be 10-point deduction for their future application’s overall score.

10 points will be decreased from the granted participants for their next Erasmus applications (with European countries). Even though the participants do not conduct their mobility yet; 10 points will be decreased because of being selected and granted in this call.

 4. Duration of the Activities

Duration of the Activity

METU Rules:

In order to provide mobility opportunities for a higher number of students and because of the budget limitations at METU, candidates to be selected for this type of mobility within the scope of the existing Erasmus+ KA131 budget opportunities will be granted for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days.

Program Rules:

Within the scope of the program, internship mobility can be carried out between a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days

The last day for the activity: 31.07.2025

5. Erasmus+ Grants

An individual support grant can be awarded for one travel day before the activity and one travel day following the activity.

 

Within the scope of Short-Term Doctoral Mobility, the following amounts of Additional Grant Support can be provided to participants with fewer opportunities.

6. Erasmus Mobility without Grant (Zero-Grant)

It is possible to participate in Erasmus mobility programme without grant. Those participants who would like to participate in the programme without grant need to make application and their applications need to be evaluated as the others. Those participants with zero grant have to fulfill rights and obligations of the program.

7. Additional grants for disabled participants

For disabled participants, it is possible to receive additional grants to meet their specific needs. In order for the disabled staff to be given additional grants, the beneficiary higher education institution is required to request additional grants from the Turkish National Agency. The applications for additional grants should be made during the term of the contract, but in any case, up to 60 days before the contract end date. The Turkish National Agency will evaluate each application specifically and determine whether the additional grant can be granted.
