Değerli öğrencilerimiz,

ERASMUS+ KA131 2022 Proje Dönemi Öğrenci Staj Hareketliliği Başvuruları sonuçları listesine aşağıdaki linkten ulaşılabilir:

Üniversitemize tahsis edilen Erasmus+ KA131 Staj Programı 2022 proje yılı bütçesi kapsamında, 03.03.2023– 24.03.2023 tarihleri arasında geçerli başvuruda bulunan öğrencilerimiz "Kabul (hibeli)" veya "Kabul(hibesiz)" olarak yerleştirilmiştir. Başvuru tarihleri içerisinde sisteme geçerli bir kabul mektubu yüklememiş olan öğrencilerin başvuruları, başvuru duyurusunda açıkça belirtilmiş kuralar gereği reddedilmiştir. 

 

Bütçe kısıtı nedeniyle, 3 aydan fazla kabul mektubu almış öğrencilerimize en fazla 3 aylık hibe tahsis edilmiştir. 3 aydan daha az kabul almış öğrencilerimiz, kabul mektuplarında belirtilen gün sayısı kadar hibelendirilecektir. Ancak, program kuralları gereği staj süresi 60 günden az olamaz. 

Sonuç listesi 12.05.2023 tarihinde sonlanan itiraz sürecinde tarafımıza iletilen itirazların değerlendirmesi sonrasında 15.05.2023 tarihinde güncellenmiştir. Hareketlilik koşulları ve detayları 02.05.2023 tarihli ilgili duyurumuzda belirtilen şeklide uygulanacaktır.

The results for the ERASMUS+ KA131 2022 PROJECT TERM MOBILITY PROGRAM FOR STUDENT TRAINEESHIP APPLICATIONS can be found below:

ERASMUS+ KA131 2022 PROJECT TERM MOBILITY PROGRAM FOR STUDENT TRAINEESHIP APPLICATION RESULTS

 

Students who had a valid application were placed as either “granted (Kabul Hibeli)” or not granted "(Kabul Hibesiz)". The applications of those students, who did not provide acceptance letters to the system within the application period (, 03.03.2023– 24.03.2023), were rejected according to the rules that were clearly stated in the application call. Due to the budget limitations, the students who had an acceptance letter more than 3 months will be granted for a maximum of 3-months scholarship. Other students whose acceptance letters are less than 3-months will be granted based on the dates on the letters. 

The result list was updated on 15.05.2023 after the evaluation of the objections sent to us during the objection process which ended on 12.05.2023. Mobility conditions and details will be applied as specified in our related announcement dated 02.05.2023.

2023 bütçe yılı Erasmus+ KA131 öğrenim programından yararlanmak üzere bir üniversiteye değişim yapmak üzere yerleştirilmiş olan öğrencilerin listesine (Liste1); ve başvuran tüm öğrencilerin yerleştirme detaylarına (Liste2) aşağıdaki bağlantıdan ulaşılabilir. Bu liste Erasmus+ KA131 hibe sonuç listesi değildir. EĞER Liste2'de “Sonuç” sütununu boş görüyorsanız bu herhangi bir tercihinize yerleşemediğiniz anlamına gelmektedir. Yerleşen öğrenciler yerleştikleri tercih detaylar için Liste1'i incelemelidir. Herhangi bir üniversiteye yerleştirilememiş öğrenciler için yedek bir bekleme listesi bulunmamaktadır. If you would like to object to selection results, you should email a scanned petition to International Cooperations Office (nurtemur@metu.edu.tr) until 12 May, 2023. ICO will respond to the petition until 30 May, 2023 through the e-mail address indicated in the petition.

Selection Criteria

-A separate quota will be allocated for Research Assistants who are continuing their doctoral studies or carrying out post-doc studies. If this quota is not met, other candidates may be placed in the available quotas at the end of the evaluation.

- According to the rules of the National Agency, the placement scores of the candidates in this program will be based on 50% CGPA and 50% English Language score.

- Candidates who are relatives of Martyrs / Veterans will get +15 points if they submit an official document during their application.

- Candidates who are under protection under the Law No. 2828 will get +10 points if they submit an official document during their application.

-Candidates  who themselves or whose first/second-level relatives are affected by the February 6th, 2023 earthquakes in Türkiye will get 10 points if they submit an offical document during their application.

- Disabled candidates will get +10 points if they submit their disability report during their application.

 

 **To get these additional points, applicants have to submit their official proofs by 28.04.2023 to online application from e-Devlet. It is the applicants’s own responsibility to provide valid and reliable proofs.

Required Procedures for Awarded Applicants:

The list of document that you need to prepare before your mobility will be send to your email by your ICO advisor. (Checklist)

Participants who would like to withdraw from the program should inform ICO until 31.05.2023.  For those participants who inform ICO after the deadline, there will be 10 point deduction for their future application’s overall score.

10 points will be decreased from the granted participants for their next Erasmus applications (with European countries). Even though the participants do not conduct their mobility yet; 10 points will be decreased because of being selected and granted in this call.

 

4. Duration of the Activities

Duration of the Activity

METU Rules:

In order to provide mobility opportunities for a higher number of students and because of the budget limitations at METU, candidates to be selected for this type of mobility within the scope of the existing Erasmus+ KA131 budget opportunities will be granted for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 14 days.

Program Rules:

Within the scope of the program, internship mobility can be carried out between a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days

The last day for the activity: 31.10.2023

5. Erasmus+ Grants

Groups	Daily Grant (Euro)

From 15 to 30 days of physical mobility	50€ per day

  

An individual support grant can be awarded for one travel day before the activity and one travel day following the activity.

 

Within the scope of Short-Term Doctoral Mobility, the following amounts of Additional Grant Support can be provided to participants with fewer opportunities.

 * In this case, no additional support is given for the traineeship.

 

6. Erasmus Mobility without Grant (Zero-Grant)

It is possible to participate in Erasmus mobility programme without grant. Those participants who would like to participate in the programme without grant need to make application and their applications need to be evaluated as the others. Those participants with zero grant have to fulfill rights and obligations of the program.

7. Additional grants for disabled participants

For disabled participants, it is possible to receive additional grants to meet their specific needs. In order for the disabled staff to be given additional grants, the beneficiary higher education institution is required to request additional grants from the Turkish National Agency. The applications for additional grants should be made during the term of the contract, but in any case up to 60 days before the contract end date. The Turkish National Agency will evaluate each application specifically and determine whether the additional grant can be granted.

Yerleştirme sonuçlarına itiraz etmek isteyen öğrenciler 12 Mayıs 2023 saat 23:59’a kadar Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi'ne bir dilekçe yazarak e-mail yoluya europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr adresine başvurabilirler. Dilekçede belirtilen e-posta iletişim adresine UIO tarafından 30.05.2023 tarihine kadar geri dönüş yapılacaktır.

 

Staj faaliyetinizin kabul mektuplarında belirtildiği üzere en az 60 gün olması ve en geç 31 Aralık 2023 tarihine kadar gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir.

 

1)      Yerleştirme Kriterleri

 

Başvuran öğrencilerin toplam (overall) puanı aşağıdaki şekilde hesaplanmıştır:

Erasmus+ yerleştirmeleri %50 CGPA ve %50 DPİYS veya İYS dikkate alınarak yapılmaktadır.

 

Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı’nın belirlediği program kuralları gereği,

 

·    Daha önce aynı eğitim seviyesinde Erasmus+ programlarından (Erasmus+ Öğrenim, Staj) birine katılmış olan öğrencilerden her bir katılım için 10 puan kesinti yapılmıştır. 

·    2828 sayılı Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu kapsamında hakkında koruma kararı olan öğrencilere 10 puan eklenmiştir.

·    Engel durumunu gösterir geçerli resmi belgeyi başvuru sistemine yükleyen öğrencilerin “overall” puanlarına 10 puan eklenmiştir.

·    Şehit ve Gazi çocuğu olduğunu gösterir geçerli resmi belgeyi başvuru sistemine yükleyen öğrencilerin “overall” puanlarına 15 puan eklenmiştir.

·    Dijital becerileri geliştirmeye yönelik stajlar için 5 puan eklenmiştir.

·  6 Şubat 2023 depremlerinden etkilenen öğrencilerimize 10 puan eklenmiştir.

 

2) Yerleştirme Sonrası Süreç 

Erasmus staj programı ile ilgili bilgilere Staj Öğrenci Bilgi Notu'ndan sahip olabilirsiniz. 

Program kuralları gereği Erasmus Staj programına katılmaktan vazgeçmiş olan öğrencilerin kararlarını 30 Haziran 2023 tarihine kadar ofis danışmanlarına (europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr) bildirmeleri GEREKMEKTEDİR. Bu tarihten sonra çekildiğini bildirenlerden sonraki sene için 10 puan kesilecektir.

 

 

 

Önemli Hatırlatma:

Erasmus Staj Programı dönüşünde, faaliyetin ODTÜ’de ders olarak saydırılması gerekmektedir. Zorunlu stajı olan bölüm öğrencileri, zorunlu staj dersleri yerine saydırabilirler; zorunlu stajı olmayan bölümlerin öğrencileri ve lisansüstü öğrenciler tüm bölümler için açılmış olan “International Student Practice” veya “International Graduate Student Practice” dersleri yerine saydırma yapabilirler.  

 

Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisinden danışmanlarınızın bilgilerini sonuç listesinde görebilirsiniz, danışmanlarınızın iletişim bilgileri aşağıda sunulmuştur. Sorularınızı öncelikle e-posta yoluyla iletmenizi rica ederiz.

The traineeship activity, which must last at least two months (60 days), must be carried out before December 31, 2023.

 

1)      Selection Criteria

Overall scores were calculated as follows:

According to the regulations of the Turkish National Agency, 50% of CGPA and 50% of the EPEEP are taken into account in selecting prospective Erasmus students.

 

· 10 points are decreased from the overall score of the students for each participation of the Erasmus KA103 student mobility/ Erasmus Traineeship in the same study cycle.

· 15 points are added to the overall score of the students who are the children of martyries and veterans. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.

· 10 points are added to the overall score of students with disabilities. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.

· 10 points are added to the overall score of the students who are who have been under protection by 2828 Social Services Law. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.

. 10 points are added to the overall score of the students who themselves or whose first-level relatives are affected by the February 6th, 2023 earthquakes in Türkiye.

.  5 points are added to the overall score of the students who will do a traineeship activity that’s in scope of Digital Opportunity Traineeships (cybersecurity, big data, digital marketing, software development, social media management etc.). You were able to select this option during your online application and your acceptance letters were examined by ICO to confirm that your traineeship is in this scope.

 

2)      Procedures After Selection

What is expected from the students on the first phase is explained in  Traineeship Outgoing Information Document.

 

Each student have an advisor in International Cooperations Office (ICO) mentioned in the result list, (contact info provided below). Please first ask your questions via e-mail. 

 

Students who would like to withdraw from the Erasmus Traineeship program should also inform ICO advisors (europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr) of their withdrawal decision until 30 June 2023. Withdrawals after this date will result in 10 point reduction in the future application of the student.

 

Important Notice:

 

1)  It is compulsory to make traineeship activity be recognized at METU after the return. The students with compulsory traineeship courses in their curriculum may transfer their traineeship activity to that course. For other students who do not have compulsory traineeship courses in their curriculum or graduate students may use “International Student Practice” or “International Graduate Student Practice” courses for recognition.

NEDEN (İSTEDİĞİM TERCİHİME) YERLEŞEMEDİM?

 

Bazı üniversitelerin kontenjanları birden fazla bölüme açık olabilir veya bazı bölümlerin o kontenjanda önceliği olabilir. Yine bazı üniversitelerde Master ve Doktora öğrencileri önceliklendiriliyor olabilir. Bu yüzden Liste 1’i incelerken mutlaka sitemizde bulunan Anlaşma listemizi inceleyiniz (https://ico.metu.edu.tr/erasmus-eu-agreements-0).

 

Yerleştirme sonuçlarına itiraz etmek isteyen öğrenciler 7 Mayıs 2023 tarihine kadar Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi'ne bir dilekçe yazarak e-mail yoluyla europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr adresine başvurabilirler. Dilekçede belirtilen e-posta iletişim adresine UIO tarafından 30 Mayıs 2023 tarihine kadar geri dönüş yapılacaktır.

 

2)      HİBE MİKTARLARI

 

Bu sonuçlar, Avrupa’da bulunan ODTÜ’nün Erasmus+ programı üniversitelere yerleştirme sonucu olup Erasmus+ KA131 programı hibe sonuçları değildir. Bu yerleştirme sırasında Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı henüz ODTÜ’ye 2023-2024 dönemi için tahsis edilecek Erasmus+ KA131 programı toplam hibe miktarını açıklamamıştır. Kaç öğrenciye hibe verileceği kesin değildir. Bu nedenle, 2023-2024 Akademik Yılı Sonbahar döneminde yerleştiği üniversiteye gidecek öğrencilerin kaçının Erasmus+ hibesi alacağı kesin olmadığından dolayı, üniversitemize tahsis edilecek Erasmus+ hibelerinin öğrencilere ödenmesinde de gecikmeler yaşanabilecektir. 3)      YERLEŞTİRME KRİTERLERİ

Yerleştirme, başvuran öğrencilerin dönemi, bölümü, toplam puanı, anlaşma kontenjanları ve bölümlerin akademik değerlendirmeleri dikkate alınarak yapılmıştır. Başvuran öğrencilerin toplam (overall) puanı aşağıdaki şekilde hesaplanmıştır:

 

Erasmus+ yerleştirmeleri %50 CGPA ve %50 Dil puanı dikkate alınarak yapılmaktadır.

Ancak öğrencinin ağırlıklı not ortalaması belirlenirken, kümülatif not ortalaması (CGPA), kendi bölümündeki ve dönemindeki diğer öğrencilerin kümülatif not ortalamasına oranlanır. Örnek:

Öğrencinin Erasmus İngilizce Yeterlik Sınavı: 80 Öğrencinin not ortalaması: 3.15 İlgili bölümün ve dönemin öğrencilerinin CPGA: 2.89 Oran: 3.15/2.89 = 1.09 25*+1.09=26.09 Erasmus başvurusu icin kullanılacak puan : 3.15x26.09 = 82.18 olarak belirlenir. Overall Puan= ( 82.18*0.5) + ( 80*0.5)=  81.09 *%50 ortalama almak için kullanılan not dönüştürme katsayısı=25

Ayrica, Turkiye Ulusal Ajansi'nin belirlediği program kurallari gereği;

·      

Daha önce aynı öğrenim seviyesinde Erasmus programından (öğrenim ve/veya staj) yararlandığını beyan etmiş olan öğrencilerin “overall” puanlarından her bir katılım için 10 puan kesinti yapılmıştır

·      

2022-2023 Akademik Yılı için Erasmus Staj programına da başvuru yapmış ve önceliğini Erasmus Staj programına vermiş olan öğrencilerden 10 puan kesinti yapılmıştır.

·      

2828 sayılı Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu kapsamında hakkında koruma kararı olan öğrencilere 10 puan eklenmiştir.

·      

Engelliliği belgeleyen geçerli belgesini başvuru sistemine yükleyen öğrencilerin “overall” puanları 10 puan artırılmıştır.

·      

Şehit ve Gazi yakınlığı belgesini başvuru sistemine yüklemiş olan öğrencilerin “overall” puanları ise 15 puan arttırılmıştır.

6 Şubat 2023 Depremlerinden etkilenen öğrencilerimize 10 puan eklenmiştir.

 Üniversite yerleştirme sonuçları açıklandıktan sonra öğrencilerin yerleştikleri üniversitelerde değişiklik yapılması mümkün değildir. 

 

ÖNEMLİ HATIRLATMALAR !!!

1) Erasmus+ KA131 programı kapsamında (Learning Agreement (LA) Before the Mobility) en az 30 ECTS almak zorunludur. Erasmus+ KA131 programı sonunda, başlangıçta alınmış olan 30 ECTS’den az 20 ECTS krediden başarılı olmayan öğrencilerin toplam hibelerinin %20’si ödenmez.

2) Erasmus+ KA131 programı dönüşünde karşı üniversitede alınan derslerden başarılı olunan derslerin ODTÜ’de saydırılması zorunludur.

3) Yerleştirilmiş olduğunuz üniversitenin başvurusuna ilişkin ders seçimi, eğitim dili, ECTS kredileri gibi detayları ilgili üniversitelerin web sayfalarından kontrol ediniz. Yerleştirildiğiniz üniversite ile anlaşmamız olması; bu üniversitenin eğitim dilinin İngilizce olduğu anlamına gelmemektedir.

Program kuralları gereği Erasmus+ KA131 öğrenim programına katılmaktan vazgeçmiş olan öğrencilerin kararlarını mümkün olan en kısa sürede ofis danışmanlarına bildirmeleri GEREKMEKTEDİR. Bunun için son tarih 30 Haziran 2023’tür. Bu tarihten sonra çekildiğini bildirenlerden sonraki sene için 10 puan kesilecektir.

Başvuru sırasında seçmiş olduğu dönem tercihini değiştirmek isteyen öğrencilerin 10 Mayıs 2023 tarihine kadar europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr adresine bildirmeleri gerekmektedir. Dönem tercihi Bir Akademik Yıl olan öğrencilerin dönem uzatma talepleri kurumların karşılıklı onayına tabidir. Uzatılan dönemin hibelendirilmesi mümkün değildir.

Dear Prospective Erasmus+ Students,

Please read this first and follow the online meetings. The questions that are answered in this document and the online meetings will not be answered by e-mails!!!

 

1)      SELECTION RESULTS 

Placement results (List 1) and the detailed list (List 2) for 2023 can be found below:

IF YOU SEE BLANK FOR THE COLUMN “Sonuç” IN THE LIST 2, IT MEANS YOU ARE NOT PLACED ANY OF YOUR PREFEENCES. ONLY THE COMPLETED “Tamamlanmış” APPLICATIONS WERE EVALUTED.

If you would like to object to selection results, you should email a scanned petition to International Cooperations Office (europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr) until May 7, 2023. ICO will respond to the petition until May 30, 2023  thorugh the e-mail address indicated in the petition.

 

2)      GRANT RESULTS 

These results are only the placement to a university in Europe and do not reflect the Eramus+ KA131 program grant. The Turkish National Agency has not yet announced the amount of grant to be allocated to METU for the 2023-2024 period. The number of students who is entitled to receive grants will be  determined according to the amount of the budget allocated to our university by the Turkish National Agency. This may cause some delays for granted students of Fall semester. The number of Erasmus+ grantees will be announced later. You can consider postponing your mobility period to Spring semester of 2023-2024 Academic Year.

 

3)      SELECTION CRITERIA

Students’ department, overall grade and agreement quotas and agreement specifications (Agreement details) as well as academic assessment of the departments have been taken into consideration during the selection process. Overall scores were calculated as follows:

 

According to the regulations of the Turkish National Agency, 50% of CGPA and 50% of the English language test score are taken into account in electing prospective Erasmus students. Besides, before calculating the 50% of the CGPA, a coefficient is applied on the CGPA according to the applicants' department and semester information as below:

 

Student English Proficency Score: 80

Student CGPA: 3.15

CGPA of the related department's students in the same semester with the applicant: 2.89

Ratio: 3.15/2.89 = 1.09

25*+1.09=26.09

Erasmus application score: 3.15x26.09 = 82.18

Overall Score of the Student: ( 82.18*0.5) + ( 80*0.5)=  81.09

*the convergent factor to calculate 50% of the CGPA = 25

 

Besides, based on rules established by Turkish National Agency:

·      

10 points was be decreased from the overall score of the students for each participation of the Erasmus KA103/ Erasmus Traineeship in the same study cycle.

·      

The students who apply for both Erasmus student and traineeship mobility was expected to give priority to one of their choices. The preference was indicated during the online application. 10 points was decreased from the choice that was not prioritized.

·      

15 points was added to the overall score of the students who are  the childrens of martyries and veterans. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.

·      

10 points was added to the overall score of students with disabilities. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.

·      

10 points was added to the overall score of the students who are who have been under protection by 2828  Social Services Law. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period. 

-

10 points will be added to the overall score of the students who themselves or whose first-level relatives are affected by the February 6th, 2023 earthquakes in Türkiye.

 

4) PROCEDURES AFTER SELECTİON:

The following procedures are  compulsory for all students regardless of Erasmus+ with or without grant !!!

Each student will have an advisor in International Cooperation Office (UİO). Your advisor will get in contact with you through e-mail.

 

For 2023-2024 results, is not possible to change the university you are placed. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!

 

1) According to Erasmus+ KA131 program rules(Learning Agreement Before (LA) Before the Mobility) you are expected to take 30 ECTS courses . After the program, if the students cannot be successful from at least 20 ECTS credits out of 30, 20% of their grant will not be paid.

2) The courses completed successfully in the host university must be recognized in METU after return.

3)Please check the websites of the universities you have been placed. Having a bilateral agreement between METU and host university doesn’t necessarily guarantee that you will be able to find courses offered in English. So, you are responsible for checking the deadlines, offered courses, ECTS credits in advance.

 

Students who would like to withdraw from the programme should also immediately inform their ICO advisors of their withdrawal decision. The deadline for withdrawal is 30 June 2023. The students who withdraw after this date will have 10 points deducted for their applications the next year.

 

Students who would like to change their semester preferences indicated during the application  should also immediately inform their ICO advisors until 10 Mayıs 2023. The students with Academic Year semester choice should note that the extension of Erasmus mobility depends on the mutual agreement of related universities. No grant payment can be made for the extended semester.
