2025 Proje Bütçesi Erasmus+ KA131 (Avrupa Hareketlilik Programı) 2025-2026 Akademik Yılı Bahar Dönemi Öğrenci Öğrenim Hareketliliği başvuruları 11.08.2025- 03.09.2025 (saat 17:00'ye kadar) tarihleri arasında yapılacaktır. Başvuru detayları aşağıda yer almaktadır. Bu başvuru yalnızca Bahar dönemi için alınmaktadır. 2026-2027 Akademik Yılı Başvuruları 03.11.2025-28.11.2025 tarihleri arasındadır.
Değişim programlarına başvuru tarihleri, ODTÜ Akademik Takvimi üzerinden takip edilebilir.
2025 Proje bütçesi kapsamında 2025-2026 Akademik Yılı BAHAR Dönemi Öğrenci Öğrenim Hareketliliği için hibeli ve hibesiz öğrenci kontenjanı toplam 200 olarak belirlenmiştir. Hibeli ve hibesiz kontenjanlar yakında ilan edilecektir.

TEMEL UYGUNLUK KRİTERLERİ
Öğrencilerin aşağıdaki hususları dikkate almalarını rica ederiz:
-Erasmus Programına katılmayı planladığı dönem için en az 30 AKTS'lik ODTÜ ders yüküne sahip olmalıdır.
-Ev sahibi üniversitede 30 AKTS ders yükü almalıdır.
-30 AKTS'lik derslerin başarıyla tamamlandığında ilgili derslerin bölümleri tarafından tanınacağından emin olmalıdır.
-Derslerini tamamlamış olan lisansüstü (MA, Ph.D.) öğrencileri de başvurabilir. Yurtdışında aldıkları dersler tez çalışması olarak kabul edilecektir. Lisansüstü öğrencilerin hangi dönemlerde hareketlilik programlarına katılabileceklerine ilişkin Öğrenci İşleri Yönetmeliği incelenmeli ve öğrenciler bağlı bulundukları enstitü ile değişim programlarına katılım durumlarını görüşmelidir.
Kimler başvurabilir?
-Başvuru sahipleri, başvuru sırasında ODTÜ'de tam zamanlı öğrenci olarak kayıtlı olmalıdır. Statüleri Aktif Öğrenci olmalıdır.
-Başvuru sahipleri ODTÜ'de en az bir yarıyılı tamamlamış olmalıdır (mevcut/kayıtlı olduğu öğrenim seviyesinde)
-Bilimsel Hazırlık öğrencileri ve Temel İngilizce Bölümünde okuyan öğrenciler başvuramaz.
Öğrenciler Erasmus programına aynı düzeydeki öğrenimleri sırasında katılabilirler (lisans öğrencileri lisans öğrenimleri sırasında, yüksek lisans öğrencileri yüksek lisans öğrenimleri sırasında, doktora öğrencileri doktora öğrenimleri sırasında programa katılabilirler).
Başvurunun Başlangıç ve Bitiş Tarihleri
2025/26 akademik yılı BAHAR dönemi için başvuru süresi 11.08.2025 ve 03.09.2025 (saat 17:00'ye kadar) 03.09.2025 saat 17:00'den sonra sisteme giriş yapılamayacak ve destekleyici belge yüklenemeyecektir; ilgili tarih ve saat sonrası yapılan başvuru ve belge teslimleri dikkate alınamayacaktır.
Nasıl Başvuru Yapılır?

İlk yerleşmenin ardından ikinci bir yerleştirme uygulaması bulunmamaktadır; öğrencilerin ilk yerleştirme sonucu yerleştikleri kurumların değiştirilmesi mümkün değildir.
Öğrenciler mevcut üniversiteler arasından en fazla 4 tercih yapabilirler.
Başvurunuzu yaptıktan sonra seçtiğiniz üniversiteleri değiştirmenizin mümkün olmadığını lütfen unutmayınız.
Bölüm ve seviyeye göre Erasmus Anlaşma Listesi başvuru döneminde duyurulacaktır.

Öğrenciler burada yazılı olmayan kısıtlamalar konusunda herhangi bir hak iddia edemezler. Partner üniversitelerin İngilizce veya başka bir dilde sınav sonucu, belli bir sınıf/seviye şartı gibi önkoşulları olabilir. Öğrencilerin başvuru yapmadan önce bu koşulları, ilgili liste ve kurumların web siteleri/bilgi notları üzerinden incelemeleri gerekmektedir. Yerleştirme sonunda herhangi bir kuruma yerleştiği halde, karşı kurumun ayrıca belirttiği gereklilikleri sağlayamayan öğrenciler için ayrıca bir yerleştirme veya kurum değişikliği yapılmamaktadır.
Başvuru için Minimum CGPA Şartı
Erasmus programına başvurmayı düşünen lisans öğrencilerinin en az 2,5; yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin ise 4,0 üzerinden en az 3,0 genel not ortalamasına sahip olmaları gerekmektedir.
Değişim Programları için İngilizce Yeterliliği
Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi, 29 Aralık 2021 tarihli Üniversite Senatosu kararına dayanarak artık Değişim Programları için İngilizce Yeterlilik Sınavı (EPEEP) düzenlememektedir.
Bu karar nedeniyle, ODTÜ tarafından tanınan sınavlara ek olarak UİO, ÖSYM (YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL) tarafından düzenlenen İngilizce dil sınavlarını da kabul edecektir. Erasmus+ programlarına başvurmak isteyen öğrenciler, son başvuru tarihinden önceki son 5 yıl içinde alınmış bu İngilizce dil puanlarından herhangi birini sunabileceklerdir.
Lütfen ÖSYM tarafından hangi sınavların düzenlendiğini linkten kontrol ediniz ve geçerli ve güncel puanınızı hazırlayınız.
*Uluslararası geçerliliği olan sınavların kabul edilmesi için özel şartlar olduğunu lütfen unutmayınız, ODTÜ Öğrenci İşleri Daire Başkanlığı'nın aşağıdaki linkine bakınız:
IELTS sonuçları Erasmus+ başvurularında kabul edilmemektedir.
Seçim Kriterleri
Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı'nın yönetmeliğine göre, Erasmus+ öğrenci seçiminde genel not ortalamasının %50'si ve İngilizce dil sınavı puanının %50'si dikkate alınır.
Ayrıca, genel not ortalamasının %50'si hesaplanmadan önce, başvuru sahibinin bölüm ve dönem bilgilerine göre genel not ortalamasına aşağıdaki şekilde bir katsayı uygulanır:
Öğrenci CGPA: 3.15
İlgili bölümün başvuru sahibi ile aynı dönemdeki öğrencilerinin genel not ortalaması: 2.89
Oran: 3,15/2,89 = 1,09
25*+1.09=26.09
Genel Erasmus başvuru puanı: 3.15x26.09 = 82.18
*CGPA'nın %50'sini hesaplamak için yakınsak faktör = 25
Ek Puan Sağlanması ve Şartları
- Şehit ve gazi çocuğu olan öğrencilerin genel puanına 15 puan eklenecektir. Kanıtlayıcı belgelerin başvuru süresi içerisinde online başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.
- Engelli öğrencilerin genel puanına 10 puan eklenecektir. Kanıtlayıcı belgelerin başvuru süresi içinde online başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.
- 2828 sayılı Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu kapsamında koruma altında olan öğrencilerin genel puanına 10 puan eklenecektir. Kanıtlayıcı belgelerin başvuru süresi içinde online başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.
- Kendisi veya birinci derece yakını AFAD'dan yardım alan öğrencilerin genel puanına 10 puan eklenecektir. Kanıtlayıcı belgelerin (AFAD yardımını gösterir belge e-devlet sisteminden indirilebilir) başvuru süresi içerisinde online başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.
- Uluslararası öğrencilerden vatandaşı oldukları ülkeler için başvuru yapanların genel notundan 10 puan düşülecektir.
- Erasmus KA103/131 Hareketlilik programlarına her bir katılım için (öğrenim veya staj için) öğrencilerin genel puanından 10 puan düşülecektir.
- Hem Erasmus öğrenci hem de staj hareketliliğine başvuran öğrencilerden tercihlerinden birine öncelik vermeleri beklenecektir. Tercih online başvuru sırasında belirtilecektir. Öncelik verilmeyen tercihten 10 puan düşülecektir.
Önemli Uyarı: Öğrenciler başvuru portalında belirtilen sınıf/bölüm ve genel not ortalaması gibi bilgileri kontrol etmekle yükümlüdür; güncel olmayan bilgilerin tespiti durumunda öğrencilerin OİDB ve UİO ile iletişime geçmeleri gerekmektedir. Başvuru/yerleştirme sürecinde ve resmi itiraz döneminde güncellenmeyen bilgiler, sonraki süreçlerde dikkate alınamayacaktır.

Ekonomik olarak dezavantajlı durumda olan ve 3294 sayılı kanun (Sosyal Yardımlaşma Teşviki) kapsamında muhtaç aylığı alan öğrenciler, seçim sürecinin ardından ek hibe alacaktır. Öğrencinin bu durumu kanıtlayacak resmi belgeleri, seçildikten sonra ibraz etmesi gerekmektedir.
Bütçe kısıtları olması durumunda, seçim süreci sonunda mevcut kontenjanlardan birine yerleştirilmeniz halinde hibe almadan da programa katılmanız mümkündür. Sıfır hibeli katılımcılar programın hak ve yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmek zorundadırlar.
Başvuru sonuçlarının açıklanma tarihi: 2025 Eylül sonu açıklanması beklenmektedir.

The applications of 2024 Project Budget Erasmus+ KA131 (European Mobility Program) Student Mobility for Studies in the 2025-2026 Academic Year SPRING Semester will be held between 11.08.2025 and 03.09.2025 (by 17:00). The details of the application can be found below. This application is only for the SPRING semester of 2025-2026 Academic Year. Applications for the 2026-2027 Academic Year will be between 03.11.2025 and 28.11.2025.

Within the scope of 2024 Project Budget, the total quota is 200 students; the granted and zero-grant quotas will be announced later.
Online info session: 13.08.2025 (session link will be shared a week before the online meeting.)
KEY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Please bear in mind that students:
-Must have METU course load of minimum 30 ECTS for the semester in which s/he plans to participate Erasmus Program
-Must take 30 ECTS course load at the host university
-Make sure that 30 ECTS courses will be recognized by their departments upon successful completion
-Graduate (MA, Ph.D.) students who have completed their course can also apply. Their courses taken abroad will be recognized as thesis studies. Graduate students should review the Student Affairs Regulations regarding the periods during which they can participate in mobility programs, and they should consult with the institute to which they are affiliated about their eligibility to take part in exchange programs.
Who can apply?
Applicants must be registered at METU as full-degree students at the time of application. Their status should be Active Student.
Applicants must complete at least one semester at METU (at their current educational level)
Conditional Program (Bilimsel Hazırlık) students and students studying in the Department of Basic English are not eligible to apply.
Please note that:
Students can participate in the Erasmus program during their studies at the same level (undergraduate students can participate in the program during their undergraduate studies, master's students can participate in the program during their master's studies, Ph.D. students can participate in the program during their Ph.D. studies).
Start and End Dates of the Application
Application period for the 2025/26 academic year SPRING Semester is 11.08.2025 and 03.09.2025 (by 17:00). After 03.09.2025 at 17:00, it will not be possible to log in to the system and upload supporting documents; applications and document submissions made after the relevant date and time will not be taken into account.

There will be no secondary placement after the students are placed in one of their choices; it is not possible to change the institutions where students are placed as a result of the first placement.
Students can make a maximum 4 choices from the available universities. Please bear in mind that it is not possible to change your chosen universities after submitting the application.
Erasmus Agreement List Based on Department and Level will be announced during the application period on www.ico.metu.edu.tr
** Please bear in mind that ICO is not responsible to announce all information about the partner universities. The information provided by partner universities are announced in the link under “Partner University Information”. The students cannot claim any right to the restrictions which are not written here. Partner universities may have prerequisites such as an exam result in English or another language or a certain grade/level requirement. Students should check these requirements on the relevant lists and websites/information notes of the institutions before applying. At the end of the placement process, students who are placed in an institution but do not meet the requirements of the other institution will not be replaced to another choice.
Minimum CGPA Requirement for Application
Undergraduate students who are considering to apply for the Erasmus program should have at least 2, 5 CGPA, and graduate students should have at least 3, 0 CGPA over 4, 0.
English Proficiency for Exchange Programs
International Cooperations Office is no longer holding English Proficiency Exam for Exchange Programs (EPEEP) based on the University Senate decision given on December 29, 2021.
Due to this decision, effective of our new applications period in 2022, in addition to the exams that are recognized by METU, ICO will accept English language exams that are organized by OSYM (YDS/e-YDS/YÖKDİL). Students interested in applying to Erasmus+, will be able to submit any of these English language scores taken within the last 5 years before the application period deadlines.
Please check which exams are organized by OSYM from the link and prepare your valid and updated score.
*Please bear in mind that Internationally recognized exams have specific requirements for accepted exams, consult the below link by the METU Registrar:
IELTS scores can no longer be submitted for Erasmus+ applications.
Selection Criteria
According to the regulations of the Turkish National Agency, 50% of CGPA and 50% of the English language test score are considered in electing prospective Erasmus students.
Besides, before calculating the 50% of the CGPA, a coefficient is applied on the CGPA according to the applicants' department and semester information as below:

Additional Points and the Criteria
- 15 points will be added to the overall score of the students who are the children of martyries and veterans. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.
- 10 points will be added to the overall score of students with disabilities. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.
- 10 points will be added to the overall score of the students who are who have been under protection by 2828 Social Services Law. The proving documents must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.
- 10 points will be added to the overall score of the students who themselves or their first-degree relatives receive aid from AFAD. The proving documents (the document which shows the AFAD aid could be downloaded from e-devlet system) must be submitted to the online application system during the application period.
- 10 point will be deduced from the overall grade of those international students who apply for the countries that they have their citizenships.
- 10 points will be decreased from the overall score of the students for each participation of the Erasmus KA103/131 Mobility programs (either for studies or traineeships).
- The students who apply for both Erasmus student and traineeship mobility will be expected to give priority to one of their choices. The preference will be indicated during the online application. 10 points will be decreased from the choice that is not prioritized.
Important: Please note that students are responsible for checking the information specified in the application portal such as class/department and GPA; in case of outdated information, students should contact the Office of the Registrar as well as ICO. Information that is not updated during the application/placement process and during the official appeal period will not be taken into account in subsequent processes.

***This travel support can only be given to the students who will be granted from 2025 project budget.
The students who are economically disadvantaged and getting needy pension under the law numbered 3294 (Incentive for Social Solidary) will get additional funding after the selection process. The student should submit the official documents to prove this situation.
In case of budget limitations, it is also possible to participate in the program without receiving a grant if you are placed to one of the available quotas at the end of the selection process. Those participants with zero grant have to fulfill the rights and obligations of the program.
Announcement date of application results: The results will be announced within the month of September, 2025 (expected)
