The Erasmus+ Staff Training Days will offer the perfect environment to meet colleagues from other universities, share knowledge and exchange experiences, as well as discover what the University of Klagenfurt and the city of Klagenfurt itself have to offer. Furthermore, a part of the programme will be dedicated to the topic of sustainability.
The Erasmus+ Staff Training Days are intended for administrative university staff working in the following (or comparable) departments:
- International Office
- Staff Development
- Center for University Learning and Teaching (CULT)
- Public Relations and Communication Department
The working language will be English and a language level of minimum B2 is recommended. The number of participants is limited to 25 (with a maximum of 2 per institution).
If you wish to participate, please complete and submit the application form by 28.02.2026. Applicants will be informed about the outcome by 31.03.2026.
The University of Klagenfurt will provide a practical guide to selected participants (including advice on accommodation, public transportation, etc.). Participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation, and daily allowance expenses and may apply for an Erasmus+ grant through their home institution.
