The State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), one of the most prestigious universities in Brazil and Latin America, is now accepting applications for its Master of Science Program in Mechanical Engineering.
The Graduate Program in Mechanical Engineering (PPG-EM) (https://www.ppgem.uerj.br/en/) has recently been granted a significant number of scholarships through the Brazilian Government. This ensures that many international applicants will have the opportunity to receive full financial support while pursuing their Master’s studies in Rio de Janeiro.
Financial Support Includes:
Free tuition and academic fees
Monthly stipend of R$ 2,100.00 (up to 24 months)
Monthly health insurance allowance of R$ 400.00 (up to 24 months)

Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese
- Strong academic record
