The Center for International Affairs at AGH Krakow announces the second edition of the competition for funding for short-term exchange for students, doctoral students, and academic staff.
The call for applications is announced as part of the implementation of the project 'NAWA PROM – short-term academic exchange' financed by the European Union under the project entitled 'Short-term academic exchange as a way to improve the quality of education in higher education and research institutions' with the number FERS.01.05-IP. 08-0218/23 in higher education and research institutions' related to the support of foreign mobility for a period of 5 to 14 days.
The funds awarded may be used to cover the costs of:
• active participation in conferences abroad (e.g., presentations/participation in poster sessions),
• obtaining materials for doctoral theses/scientific articles,
• participation in summer and winter schools,
• performing measurements using unique equipment,
• participation in short forms of education, i.e., courses, including intensive courses included in the education process, workshops, professional or industrial internships, study visits, including those carried out at entrepreneurs, and conducting classes,
• participation in the preparation of international grant applications.
The activites must be concered of AGH University and Partnership Universities.
Recruitment for the project is ongoing, which means that the selection of participants takes place from November 2025 to June 2026 and will be continue until all places available in the project are filled. Candidates are required to submit an electronic application form:
