The application period for the 2026 International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) has begun!
The programme is aimed at international university graduates with a keen interest in German politics and an excellent knowledge of the German language:
From March to July 2026, participants will have the unique opportunity to complete an internship with members of the German Bundestag. They will experience parliamentary democracy in action and, at the same time, receive an academic programme at Humboldt-Universität.
