International Week and ERASMUS Teaching Staff Week
Globally Connected 2025

Academic Staff:
We welcome academic staff to deliver lectures to our local and international students on a variety of topics such as management, economics, finance, international relations, intercultural management, IT, AI, digitalization, political science, social work, sustainability. Lectures will be scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday, May 13 and 15, with a total of 8 hours. Participants are welcome to attend the networking and cultural events throughout the week.

International Relations Staff / non-academic staff:
We invite colleagues from International Relations or International Offices to participate in our workshops and activities, where we can share experiences and discuss relevant topics. The workshops will focus on the following topic: "Crossing Cultures - Enhancing Intercultural Competence for Global Mobility"

Experience the Black Forest region in the German state of Baden-Wuerttemberg, one of the leading economic and innovative regions in Germany and Europe. It is not only home to world-renowned companies, but also a picturesque vacation destination with beautiful landscapes and a rich cultural life.

The program:

  • Welcome and Introduction on May 12

  • Workshops for International Relations staff on May 13 and 15

  • Lectures for Academic staff on May 13 and 15

  • Company visit and excursion to the Black Forest on May 14

  • Group Dinner and networking events

  • Closing event and outlook on future projects on May 16

The event is free of charge. However, participants are expected to use Erasmus staff mobility funds available at their home institutions or other funds to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.
