2024/2025 Proje Bütçesi Erasmus+ KA131 (Avrupa Hareketlilik Programı) Kısa Süreli Doktora Staj Hareketliliği başvuruları 01.10.2025- 31.10.2025 (saat 16:00'ya kadar) tarihleri arasında yapılacaktır. Başvuru detayları aşağıda yer almaktadır.
Seçim Kriterleri
Hibelendirlecek Kişi Sayısı: 20 doktora öğrencisine hibe verilmesi planlanmaktadır. (Başvuru sayısı ve adayların başvurdukları sürelere göre hibelendirilecek kişi sayısı değişebilir.)
Staj Tamamlama Süresi: Seçilen adaylar, staj faaliyetlerini 30 Haziran 2026 tarihine kadar tamamlamalıdır.

Detayları Eylül ayı içerisinde duyurulacaktır.
Uygunluk Kriterleri
Kayıt Durumu: Başvuru sırasında ODTÜ’de doktora programına kayıtlı tam zamanlı öğrenci olmak
Genel Not Ortalaması (CGPA): En az 3.00 olmalıdır.
Dil Yeterliliği:
ODTÜ (EPE, TOEFL, PTE) veya ÖSYM (YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL) tarafından kabul edilen ve son 5 yıl içinde alınmış geçerli bir İngilizce sınav sonucu başvuru sırasında sisteme yüklenmelidir.
Lütfen hangi sınavların ODTÜ veya ÖSYM tarafından tanındığını linkten kontrol ediniz ve geçerli puanınızı hazırlayınız. Son başvuru tarihinden sonra ICO tarafından geçerliliği ve uygunluğu kontrol edilecek olan başvuru sistemine tanınan dil puanınızı yüklemeniz gerekmektedir. Aşağıdaki tablo, ODTÜ'nün tanınan sınavlarının en yüksek puan olan 1'den 100'e kadar değişen bir derecelendirme ölçeğine dönüştürülmesi için kullanılacaktır. Daha sonra çevrimiçi sistem, seçim amacıyla %50'sini hesaplayacaktır:

Kabul mektubu yüklenmesi zorunlu olmayıp yüklenmesi halinde ek puan uygulanacaktır.

Başvuru Süreci
Başvurular, yalnızca Ulusal Ajans Başvuru Portalı üzerinden çevrim içi olarak yapılmalıdır: https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/.
Fiziksel belge teslimi yapılmayacak, tüm evrak çevrim içi turna portala yüklenecektir. Portal, 31.10.2025 saat 16:00’da kapanacaktır. Bu tarihten sonra belge yüklenemeyecektir.
Staj Bilgileri
Kapsam: Stajlar yurt dışında işletmelerde, araştırma enstitülerinde, laboratuvarlarda veya diğer ilgili çalışma alanlarında yapılabilir. Doktora öğrencileri için araştırma içerikli stajlar kabul edilmektedir. Konferans katılımları staj hareketliliği kapsamında değerlendirilmemektedir.
Süre ve Hibe:
Erasmus+ Kuralları: Staj hareketliliği, en az 5 gün ve en fazla 30 gün arasında gerçekleştirilebilir fakar mevcut Erasmus+ KA131 bütçe olanakları kapsamında bu hareketlilik için seçilecek adaylara en az 5 gün ve en fazla 14 gün süreyle hibe verilecektir.
Seçim Kriterleri
Puanlama: %50 CGPA + %50 İngilizce sınav sonucu.
Ek puanlar:
15 puan: İmzalı ve kaşeli resmi kabul mektubu başvuru sırasında sisteme yüklenmelidir. Mektup, başvurucunun araştırmacı değil stajyer olarak çalışacağını belirtmelidir. (Başvurular bittikten sonra kabul mektubu içeriğinin uygunluğu için içerik kontrolü yapılacaktır. Sadece geçerli kabul mektuplarına puan verilecek olup kabul e-maillerine artı puan verilmeyecektir.)
15 puan: Şehit ve gazi çocukları (belge ibrazı gereklidir.)
10 puan: Engelli öğrenciler (belge ibrazı gereklidir.)
10 puan: 2828 Sayılı Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu kapsamındaki öğrenciler (belge ibrazı gereklidir)
10 puan: Kendisi veya birinci derece akrabaları AFAD yardımı alan öğrenciler (e-Devlet'ten alınan belge ile kanıtlanmalıdır).
5 puan: Dijital Fırsat Stajları (siber güvenlik, büyük veri, dijital pazarlama vb.) kapsamındaki stajlar (kabul mektubunda bu kapsam belirtilmelidir).
Ek puan için adaylar başvuru tarihleri içinde başvuru sistemine yüklenmelidir. Başvuru sonrası herhangi bir belge kabul edilmeyecektir.
Kesintiler:
10 puan: Daha önce kısa süreli doktora Erasmus hibesinden yararlanmış olanlar.
10 puan: Vatandaşı oldukları ülke için başvuran uluslararası öğrenciler.

Seyahat Desteği
Kısa Süreli Doktora Staj faaliyetinden faydalanan öğrencilere ödenecek seyahat gideri miktarı “Mesafe Hesaplayıcı” kullanılarak hesap edilmektedir.
Seyahat desteği çift yönlü bilet ücretinden bağımsız olarak, sabit ve tek seferlik verilmektedir. Gidiş-dönüş bilet ücreti toplam seyahat desteğinden fazla olursa ek seyahat desteği verilemeyecek, az olursa da kalan meblağ geri istenmeyecektir.

Mesafe hesaplayıcısı aracılığı ile öğrencinin yerleşik olduğu yerden, faaliyet yerine kadar olan iki nokta arasının km değeri tespit edilmeli ve aşağıdaki tablo kullanılarak seyahat hibesi hesaplanmalıdır. Mesafe hesaplayıcıda çıkan kilometrenin aşağıdaki tablodaki hibe karşılığı gidiş-dönüş rakamı olup, söz konusu miktar ikiyle çarpılmaz. Öğrencinin aktarmalı olarak seyahat etmesi, yukarıda belirtilen mesafe hesaplaması ile varılan mesafeyi etkilemez.

Yeşil Seyahat
Öğrencinin her iki yönde de sürdürülebilir ulaşım araçlarını tercih etmesi durumunda (örneğin demiryolu, deniz taşımacılığı, diğer Erasmus+ programı yararlanıcılarıyla araç paylaşımı veya otobüs kullanımı), mesafeye dayalı seyahat hibesi, yeşil seyahat olarak kabul edilir. Hibe miktarı tablonun ilgili kısmına göre hesaplanır. Öğrencinin yeşil seyahat kapsamında değerlendirilip değerlendirilemeyeceği ilgili seyahat belgelerinin Uluslararası İşbirliği Ofisine iletilmesi ve Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı’nın değerlendirilmesi ile belirlenmektedir.
Önemli Notlar
Öğrenciler, her öğrenim döngüsü (lisans, yüksek lisans, doktora) için toplamda 12 aya kadar hibe alabilir.
Sonuçlar ve Vize Gereksinimleri
Sonuç Duyurusu: Sonuçların 2025 Kasım ayı sonunda açıklanması beklenmektedir.
Vize: Öğrencilerin staj için vizeye ihtiyaçları olabilir. Vize işlemleri uzun sürebilir ve ücrete tabi olabilir. Konuyla ilgili hareketliliğinizi planladığınız ülke konsolosluğuna başvurunuz.

Application Period
The applications for Erasmus+ KA131 Short-Term Doctoral Traineeship within the 2023 project term will be accepted between 01.10.2025 and 31.10.2025, by 16:00.
Overview
Grants Available: 20 doctoral students are expected to receive grants. (Depending on the number of applications and the time period for which candidates apply, the number of grantees may change.)
Traineeship Completion Deadline: Selected applicants must complete their traineeships before June 30, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
Enrollment Status: Candidates must be full-time doctoral students at METU or post-doc researchers affiliated with METU at the time of application.
CGPA Requirement: A minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
Language Proficiency: Applicants must have a valid English test score from exams accepted by METU (EPE, TOEFL, PTE) or OSYM (YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL) taken within the last 5 years. The results must be uploaded during the application. Please check which exams are recognized by METU or OSYM from the link and prepare your valid score. You need to upload your language score which is recognized on the application system which will be checked for the validity and eligibility by ICO after the application deadline. The table below will be used for conversion of METU's recognised exams into a grading scale ranging from 1 to 100, the highest score. Then the online system will calculate its 50% for the selection purposes:

It is not mandatory to upload a letter of acceptance, but additional points will be applied if it is uploaded.

Application Process
Applications must be submitted online through the National Agency Application Portal: https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/.
No physical documents will be accepted; all required materials must be uploaded to the portal.
The portal will close on 31.10.2025 at 16:00, and no documents can be uploaded after this deadline.
Internship Details
Scope: Activities can take place in businesses, research institutes, laboratories, or other relevant workplaces abroad. Research-related internships for doctoral students are permitted. Conference invitations are not accepted.
Duration and Grant
Erasmus+ Rules: Mobility can last 5–30 days.
Within the scope of the program, internship mobility can be carried out between a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days and candidates to be selected for this type of mobility within the scope of the existing Erasmus+ KA131 budget opportunities will be granted for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 14 days.
Selection Criteria
Scoring: 50% CGPA + 50% English test score.
Additional points:
· 15 points for an official, signed, and stamped acceptance letter uploaded during the application. Letters must specify the internship role as a trainee (not researcher). (After the applications are completed, the content of the acceptance letter will be checked for suitability. Only valid acceptance letters will be awarded points and no extra points will be awarded for acceptance e-mails).
· 15 points for children of martyrs/veterans (with proof).
· 10 points for students with disabilities (with proof).
· 10 points for students under the 2828 Social Services Law (with proof).
· 10 points for students or first-degree relatives receiving AFAD aid (with proof).
· 5 points for Digital Opportunity Traineeships (cybersecurity, big data, digital marketing, software development, social media management etc.), provided the acceptance letter specifies this scope.
**To get these additional points, applicants have to submit their official proofs by 31.01.2025 to online application from e-Devlet. It is the applicants’s own responsibility to provide valid and reliable proofs.
Deductions:
· 10 points for applicants who have benefited from Short-Term Doctoral Erasmus applications. Even though the participants do not conduct their mobility yet; 10 points will be deducted because of being selected and granted before.
· 10 points for international students applying for their country of citizenship.

Travel Support
Students participating in Short-Term Doctoral Internship activities are eligible to receive travel support, calculated using the official “Distance Calculator”.
The travel support is provided as a fixed and one-time payment, independent of the actual cost of round-trip tickets.If the total cost of round-trip tickets exceeds the travel support, no additional funding will be granted. If the ticket cost is lower than the granted travel support, the remaining amount will not be reclaimed. The distance (in kilometers) between the student’s place of residence and the destination of the activity must be determined. The corresponding travel grant can then be calculated using the table below.
Please note: The distance shown in the calculator is for one-way travel, but the grant amount in the table corresponds to round-trip travel. Therefore, it should not be multiplied by two.If the student travels via connecting routes, it does not affect the calculated distance used for the grant.

Green Travel
If the student chooses sustainable means of transportation for both outbound and return journeys (e.g. rail, maritime transport, carpooling with other Erasmus+ beneficiaries, or bus travel), the travel grant based on distance is considered a Green Travel grant. The amount is calculated according to the relevant part of the travel grant table. Whether a student qualifies for Green Travel is determined based on the submission of relevant travel documents to the International Cooperation Office and the evaluation of the Turkish National Agency.
Additional Support: Within the scope of Short-Term Doctoral Mobility, the following amounts of Additional Grant Support can be provided to participants with fewer opportunities.

Zero-Grant Participation: Applicants can participate without receiving financial support, however, they must meet all program obligations.
Important Notes
Students can participate in the Erasmus program multiple times, up to a total grant duration of 12 months per study cycle (undergraduate, master's, doctoral).
Results and Visa Requirements
Result Announcement: Results are expected by the end of November 2025.
Visa: Students may need a visa for their traineeship. Visa procedures can be lengthy and may incur fees. Applicants are advised to get information from the consulates of the countries they are planning to visit as part of their mobility.
