Önemli Not: Başvuru ilanında da belirtildiği üzere İngiltere ve İsviçre'de bulunan kurumlara geçerli başvurusu bulunan öğrenciler için 15 kişilik bir kontenjan ayrılmıştır. İlgili ülkelere geçerli başvurusu bulunan 6 öğrenci bulunmakta olup, söz konusu öğrenciler kabul hibeli olarak yerleşmiştir. Sunuç listesinin genel başvuru puanları sıralamalarında görülebilecek farklılıkların nedeni bahsedilen kontenjan kullanımıdır.
BİLGİLENDİRME TOPLANTISI
**28 Mart 2024 (Perşembe) günü 14.00-16.00 saatleri arasında KKM A Salonunda Bilgilendirme Toplantısı yapılacaktır. Toplantıda program hakkında bilgi verilecek ve hareketlilik öncesi izlenmesi gereken adımlar anlatılacaktır. Bilgilendirme toplantısına katılım zorunludur. Program sırasında yoklama alınacaktır. Bu saatte dersi olan öğrencilerimize talep ettikleri takdirde programda bulunduklarına dair bir belge Uluslararası İşbirliği Ofisi danışmanları tarafından hocalarına iletmek üzere verilecektir.
-Program dili Türkçe olacak olup, İngilizce bilgi notu ayrıca paylaşılacaktır.
Üniversitemize tahsis edilen Erasmus+ KA131 Staj Programı 2023 proje yılı bütçesi kapsamında, 12.02.2024– 12.03.2024 tarihleri arasında geçerli başvuruda bulunan öğrencilerimiz "Kabul (hibeli)" veya "Kabul(hibesiz)" olarak yerleştirilmiştir. Başvuru tarihleri içerisinde sisteme geçerli bir kabul mektubu yüklememiş olan öğrencilerin başvuruları, başvuru duyurusunda açıkça belirtilmiş kuralar gereği reddedilmiştir.
Bütçe kısıtı nedeniyle, 3 aydan fazla kabul mektubu almış Kabul (hibeli) öğrencilerimize en fazla 3 aylık hibe tahsis edilmiştir. 3 aydan daha az kabul almış Kabul (hibeli) öğrencilerimiz, kabul mektuplarında belirtilen gün sayısı kadar hibelendirilecektir. Ancak, program kuralları gereği staj süresi 60 günden az olamaz.
Yerleştirme sonuçlarına itiraz etmek isteyen öğrenciler 29 Mart 2024 tarihine kadar Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi'ne bir dilekçe yazarak e-mail yoluya europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr adresine başvurabilirler. Dilekçede belirtilen e-posta iletişim adresine UIO tarafından 05.04.2024 tarihine kadar geri dönüş yapılacaktır.
Staj faaliyetinizin kabul mektuplarında belirtildiği üzere en az 60 gün olması ve en geç 31 Aralık 2024 tarihine kadar gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir.
1) Yerleştirme Kriterleri
Başvuran öğrencilerin toplam (overall) puanı aşağıdaki şekilde hesaplanmıştır:
Erasmus+ yerleştirmeleri %50 CGPA ve %50 DPİYS veya İYS dikkate alınarak yapılmaktadır.
Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı’nın belirlediği program kuralları gereği,
- Şehit ve gazi çocuğu olan öğrencilerin genel puanına 15 puan eklenmiştir.
- Engelli öğrencilerin genel puanına 10 puan eklenmiştir.
- 2828 sayılı Sosyal Hizmetler Kanunu kapsamında koruma altında olan öğrencilerin genel puanına 10 puan eklenmiştir.
- Kendisi veya birinci derece yakını AFAD'dan yardım alan öğrencilerin genel puanına 10 puan eklenmiştir.
- Dijital Fırsat Stajları kapsamında (siber güvenlik, büyük veri, dijital pazarlama, yazılım geliştirme, sosyal medya yönetimi vb) staj faaliyeti yapacak öğrencilerin genel puanına 5 puan eklenmiştir
- Uluslararası öğrencilerden vatandaşı oldukları ülkeler için başvuru yapanların genel notundan 10 puan düşülmüştür.
- Erasmus KA103/131 Hareketlilik programlarına her bir katılım için (öğrenim veya staj için) öğrencilerin genel puanından 10 puan düşülmüştür.
- Hem Erasmus öğrenci hem de staj hareketliliğine başvuran öğrencilerden tercihlerinden birine öncelik vermeleri beklenecektir. Tercih online başvuru sırasında belirtilmiştir. Öncelik verilmeyen tercihten 10 puan düşülmüştür.
2) Yerleştirme Sonrası Süreç
Erasmus staj programı ile ilgili bilgilere Staj Öğrenci Bilgi Notu'ndan sahip olabilirsiniz.
Program kuralları gereği Erasmus Staj programına katılmaktan vazgeçmiş olan öğrencilerin kararlarını 30 Haziran 2024 tarihine kadar ofis danışmanlarına (europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr) bildirmeleri GEREKMEKTEDİR. Bu tarihten sonra çekildiğini bildirenlerden sonraki sene için yapacakları başvurularından 10 puan kesilecektir.
Önemli Hatırlatma:
Erasmus Staj Programı dönüşünde, faaliyetin ODTÜ’de ders olarak saydırılması gerekmektedir. Zorunlu stajı olan bölüm öğrencileri, zorunlu staj dersleri yerine saydırabilirler; zorunlu stajı olmayan bölümlerin öğrencileri ve lisansüstü öğrenciler tüm bölümler için açılmış olan “International Student Practice” veya “International Graduate Student Practice” dersleri yerine saydırma yapabilirler.

ERASMUS+ KA131 2022 PROJECT TERM MOBILITY PROGRAM FOR STUDENT TRAINEESHIP APPLICATION RESULTS
Important Notice: As stated in the application announcement, a quota of 15 students has been allocated for students with valid applications to institutions in the UK and Switzerland. There are 6 students with valid applications to the relevant countries and these students have been placed with admission grants. The reason for the differences that may be seen in the overall application score rankings of the presentation list is the aforementioned quota utilization.
INFORMATION MEETING
**There will be an information meeting on March 28, 2024 (Thursday) between 14.00-16.00 at KKM A Hall. In the meeting, information about the program will be given and the steps to be followed before mobility will be explained. Participation is compulsory. Attendance will be taken during the program. Students who have a class at this time will be given a document indicating their presence in the program by the International Cooperation Office advisors to be forwarded to their professors upon request.
-The language of the program will be Turkish and an information note in English will be shared separately.
Students who had a valid application were placed as either “granted (Kabul Hibeli)” or not granted "(Kabul Hibesiz)". The applications of those students, who did not provide acceptance letters to the system within the application period (12.02.2024– 12.03.2024), were rejected according to the rules that were clearly stated in the application call. Due to the budget limitations, the granted students who had an acceptance letter for more than 3 months will be granted for a maximum of 3-months scholarship. Other granted students whose acceptance letters are less than 3-months will be granted based on the dates on the letters.
If you would like to object to selection results, you should email a scanned petition to International Cooperations Office (europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr) until March 29, 2024. ICO will respond to the petition until April April 05, 2024 through the e-mail address indicated in the petition.
The traineeship activity, which must last at least two months (60 days), must be carried out before December 31, 2024.

Selection Criteria
Overall scores were calculated as follows:
According to the regulations of the Turkish National Agency, 50% of CGPA and 50% of the EPEEP are taken into account in selecting prospective Erasmus students.
- 15 points was added to the overall score of the students who are the children of martyries and veterans.
- 10 points was added to the overall score of students with disabilities.
- 10 points was added to the overall score of the students who are who have been under protection by 2828 Social Services Law.
- 10 points was added to the overall score of the students who themselves or their first-degree relatives receive aid from AFAD.
- 5 points was added to the overall score of the students who will do a traineeship activity that’s in scope of Digital Opportunity Traineeships (cybersecurity, big data, digital marketing, software development, social media management etc.).
- 10 points was deduced from the overall grade of those international students who apply for the countries that they have their citizenships.
- 10 points was decreased from the overall score of the students for each participation of the Erasmus KA103/131 Mobility programs (either for studies or traineeships).
- The students who apply for both Erasmus student and traineeship mobility was expected to give priority to one of their choices. 10 points was decreased from the choice that was not prioritized.

Procedures After Selection
What is expected from the students on the first phase is explained in Traineeship Outgoing Information Document.
Each student have an advisor in International Cooperations Office (ICO) mentioned in the result list, (contact info provided below). Please first ask your questions via e-mail.
Students who would like to withdraw from the Erasmus Traineeship program should also inform ICO advisors (europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr) of their withdrawal decision until June 30, 2024. Withdrawals after this date will result in 10 point reduction in the future application of the student.
Important Notice:
1) It is compulsory to make traineeship activity be recognized at METU after the return. The students with compulsory traineeship courses in their curriculum may transfer their traineeship activity to that course. For other students who do not have compulsory traineeship courses in their curriculum or graduate students may use “International Student Practice” or “International Graduate Student Practice” courses for recognition.
