Forensic Analytical Chemistry:
Take the next step in your forensic education with our intensive course on analytical chemistry
During this week-long course, you will take a hands-on approach to learn the proper use of analytical instrumentation as it applies to forensic chemistry. You will develop the skills necessary to properly handle unknown substances, perform routine instrument maintenance for daily laboratory work, develop a step-wise analysis approach, and analyse forensic evidence.
You should have an interest in forensics and the laboratory environment. No previous or specialised forensic training is necessary; however, a working knowledge of basic chemistry will be beneficial.
