Invitation to the University of Vienna‘s Staff Training Days 2025 (19-21 May)
We are delighted to invite you to participate in the upcoming University of Vienna’s Staff Training Days, which will take place from 19 to 21 May 2025.
Several units of the University of Vienna’s central administration participate in the Staff Training Days and have created tracks with thematic focuses on current questions in their fields of work. The Staff Training Days are aimed at professionals from service units equivalent to:
• Library and Archive Services
• Research Services and Career Development
• Quality Assurance

The programme will allow time for sharing expertise and peer learning as well as for networking and strengthening partnerships. We highly appreciate if participants are willing to share good practices and actively contribute to the programme.
How to apply
If you are interested in participating in one of the tracks, please apply via the online application tool on the International Office’s website. Application is open until 17 February 2025. The selection of participants will be made on the basis of the information provided in the application and the results will be emailed to all applicants by 17 March 2025. Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed.
Participation is free and includes coffee breaks, lunch on Monday and Tuesday and dinner on Tuesday evening. You are kindly asked to cover expenses for travel and accommodation by using Erasmus+ training mobility grants (to be applied for at the International Office of your institution).
