We are pleased to be able to invite you to nominate a maximum of 5 students for our Eduventure ViM Program in the summer semester 2022!
Due to the fact that some lecturers are not decided yet whether they will teach online, face-to-face, or a mixture of the two, our list of courses offered is not yet complete. Our suggestion would be to only nominate students who are happy to take one of the choices on offer at the time when they check and not to rely on the possibility that more courses will be added. We anticipate having to "juggle" course offers and applications this time so please bear this in mind and let your students know that a nomination will not automatically result in an offer.

The semester will start on 4 April so our timeline looks as follows:
- Nominations (maximum of 5 students) from you by 25 February to
eduventure@verw.uni-koeln.de
- Email to students inviting them to apply via Jotform: 1 March
- Deadline applications: 8 March
- Decisions whether successful/unsuccessful communicated via email
directly to students: 14 March
- Successful students need to enrol in our Course Management system
(Klips)  by 21 March
- Individual office hours via Zoom week beginning 28 March to solve any
outstanding problems.

The program is a collaboration between ourselves and the Eduventure team so please bear this in mind if we don't get back to yourselves or your students straight away. Sometimes decisions need to be coordinated internally which can take a little longer. Please feel
