6. Housing Reservation: Please Let Us Know by October 16
Important Notice Regarding On-Campus Housing Availability:
Due to high demand and limited on-campus dormitory capacity, rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

To secure dormitory spots for your students, we kindly ask you to let us know by October 16, 2026 whether you intend to send students to KU IWS (an approximate number of expected participants is perfectly fine).

Once we hear from you, we will prioritize and pre-allocate the required dormitory capacity for your institution.

Rooms are shared double rooms with a private bathroom at KU:L House, our on-campus dormitory. As bedding is not provided, we will reserve a bedding rental set (bed sheet, blanket, pillow and small towel) and place it in each student's room in advance; the bedding fee of KRW 40,000 is paid in cash upon check-in.
