Değerli öğrencilerimiz,
ERASMUS+ KA131 2025 Proje Dönemi Öğrenci Staj Hareketliliği Başvuruları Sonuç Listesine aşağıdaki linkten ulaşılabilirsiniz:
Üniversitemize tahsis edilen Erasmus+ KA131 Staj Programı 2025 proje yılı bütçesi kapsamında, 02.02.2026- 27.02.2026 tarihleri arasında geçerli başvuruda bulunan öğrencilerimiz "Kabul (hibeli)" veya "Kabul(hibesiz)" olarak yerleştirilmiştir. Başvuru tarihleri içerisinde sisteme geçerli bir kabul mektubu yüklememiş veya geçerli dil sınavı puanı ibraz etmemiş öğrencilerin başvuruları, başvuru duyurusunda açıkça belirtilmiş kurallar gereği reddedilmiştir.
ÖNEMLİ: İtiraz süreci boyunca sonuçlar kesinleşmediğinden Erasmus+ programına dair resmi belge temin edilmesi mümkün değildir.
Staj hareketliliğiniz için gerekli belgeler ve süreç ile ilgili danışmanınız tarafından e-posta yoluyla ayrıca ve itirazlar sonrası bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.
Aday öğrenciler için yüz yüze yapılacak bilgilendirme toplantısının detayları daha sonra duyurulacaktır.
Puanlamaya dair itirazlar, 25/03/2026 tarihine kadar Uluslararası İş Birlikleri Ofisi'ne e-posta yoluyla europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr adresine yapılabilir. İtirazda belirtilen e-posta iletişim adresine UIO tarafından 27/03/2026 tarihine kadar geri dönüş yapılacaktır.

ERASMUS+ KA131 2025 Project Student Traineeship Mobility Applications results list can be accessed from the link below:
Within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA131 Internship Program 2025 project year budget allocated to our university, students who made valid applications between 02.02.2026 - 27.02.2026 were placed as “Acceptance (with grant)” or “Acceptance (without grant)”. The applications of students who did not upload a valid acceptance letter to the system or submit a valid English exam score within the application dates were rejected in accordance with the rules clearly stated in the application announcement.
IMPORTANT: During the objection period, no official Erasmus+ document will be provided to the applicants.
You will be informed about the documents required for your internship mobility and the process by your advisor via e-mail after the objection period.
The details of the face-to-face information meeting for prospective students will be announced later.
Objections regarding the scores can be made via e-mail to the International Cooperation Office to europeanmobility@metu.edu.tr until 25/03/2026. UIO will respond to the e-mail contact address specified in the objection until 27/03/2026.
