Here at HUJI we are excited to announce the launch of one of our latest summer internship opportunities—Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) in the fields of Physics and Mathematics.
Our Summer REU offers a unique, stimulating summer research experience, including one-on-one mentoring by some of Hebrew University’s leading researchers. Students will have the opportunity to delve into a specific research topic, and to present their findings in a mini-symposium at the program’s completion. And that’s not all—they’ll enjoy a series of social and academic activities tailored to their internship schedules, and designed to get them acquainted with Jerusalem, their Israeli and international peers, and Hebrew University’s Faculty of Science.
Taking into account the varying commitments and schedules of students from across the globe, our Summer REU is flexible—participants can come for a minimum of 9 weeks and a maximum of 12. All will be awarded a living stipend of approximately $225 per week, as well as free housing for the duration of their stay.
As a gesture of our ongoing exchange partnership, the Hebrew University would like to welcome your students to participate in our Summer REU program on a tuition waiver basis, outside of our institutional exchange balance.
