Fees & Costs

Tuition Fee

Exchange students must pay their regular tuition fee to METU for each semester spent at the exchange program. This is supposed to be paid at the beginning of the academic semester.

 

Other Expenses

Students are responsible for:

  • their own transportation to and from the Host University.
  • books and school supplies.
  • all living and personal expenses while at the host institution.

 

Students accepted by the universities in Australia, Canada, the USA and most other countries must pay for health insurance before they can be registered.

 

Students will be required to provide an official bank statement to the host university/consulate of the host country indicating they have available financial resources. Expenses vary; however, the minimum expense on exchange program is US $ 6000 per semester.
